Ordered the King size storage lift sleigh bed and the most comfiest bed we have slept in. Fast delivery ordered Sunday and arrived on Wednesday evening. Super quick and easy to put together. Amazing value and great service.

I bought the Victoria wing bed in kingsize, very easy and straightforward to order, customer service was excellent, I was messaged straight away regarding delivery and kept informed at all times. From start to finish, the whole transaction was fab!!
Messages back and forth about what I required, were instant with clear communication.
Bed was delivered the next day as it was needed urgently.
To be honest, I was a little worried due to the price and how quick they got the bed to me from one end of the country to the other. I was worried the quality wouldn’t be great but was pleasantly surprised and it’s exceeded my expectations!! Good quality bed that’s stylish while also being sturdy and mattress is better than my previous silentnight one!!!
This bed was for one of my daughters but I will definitely be ordering my next bed and mattress from this company!!

Always dubious with online retailers but no worries with this company great quick delivery service and comfy mattress just allow extra area around bed as padded sides make slightly bigger than normal kingsize

Originally, I went into Dreams and bought just an ottoman base- no mattress- for £500+. The next day I found the Victoria Beds offer (2 king size ottomans, with pillow-top mattresses for less than £1000) on Facebook and I cancelled my dreams order immediately.

I was sceptical at first but honestly the whole experience couldn't have been better.

Delivery:
Fast, nearly immediate delivery- beds were here, wrapped and ready for assembly within a few days.

Assembly:
I managed to assemble alone- getting the gas pumps lined up with the holes was a bit fiddly but helpful video guide sent prior to delivery.

Price:
Very happy.

Quality:
Superb. I went with charcoal chenille. And honestly I have no regrets. No squeaks, no rattling. Mattresses are insanely comfortable but that will always be personal preference.

Suggestions:
I didn't have a wrench so had to go buy one to assemble. Minor but could have shouted out that one wasn't included as would've saved me an hour and a trip to B&Q on the day.

Edit:
Had to come back to add that customer service was impeccable. Even on bank holiday Monday customer service were available immediately and very approachable.

Brought a superking bed, perfect delivery guys were very polite & helpful, kept me updated with delivery details and when they’d roughly be there. Brilliant service and very comfy bed will defo be ordering again in future

I haven't slept well for 3 years now,as I wake up with my back aching....until today when I had an unbelievable wonderful night since I got this bed and mattress...they are so comfy it's like a dream n to add on that 😍.am so very happy for this purchase!thank you very much,and I would highly recommend

What an amazing looking bed and great quality. The only reason I did not score a full 5 starts is because the gas spring in the bed was not working when we received the bed, but we received a replacement for them a few days after. We felt valued and listen to and with some amazing customer service, our query was quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking a a great looking bed, with excellent quality and fair prices 👌🏾
