Royal wedding mug...
I ordered the royal wedding mug and I absolutely love it! I had been on the hunt for cute trinket to celebrate the royal engagement and wedding and when I came across this online, I didn't think twice before ordering it. And I have to say the product does not disappoint. The artwork is absolutely the cutest thing (love the little union jack on the inside!), the size is perfect, and the quality is amazing! This will definitely be my preferred mug for a while. Not only is the mug adorable but the company also sent a cute little greeting card along with my order and I was super appreciative of the nice touch! Will definitely be ordering from Victoria Eggs again! Thanks for making such great products!

I pre-ordered the Royal Wedding teatowel and it arrived in time for Mother's Day as promised.
The teatowel is British Made - I love that.

The design is so very tasteful and a credit to Victoria Eggs artistic skills - I love that too.
Both my mother and my mother- in - law loved their teatowels.
The design is beautifully thought out and not a bit tacky as Royal memorabilia can be sometimes.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear this, I see that you ordered one of our mugs. I'd really like to help you further with this problem, please can you tell me what sort of wear you are referring to?
If it's to do with any stains on the inside of the mug unfortunately this is unavoidable, especially if drinking black tea. However, these marks will come off when wiped with a sponge (the sort of thing you would clean your saucepans with, non abrasive, but a little texture on one side) or if cleaned with milton. If this doesn't work, or it's something else please let me know.

excellent customer service- unfortunately royal mail lost my order so I contacted Tara at Victoria eggs and I had a response within an hour to apologise and advise me that if it didn't arrive in the next days mail she would happily send my order again on a 24 hour delivery.
