Prompt delivery, product as described

I have purchased 1.2k worth of taps from VB4U that are JTP make.
It arrived on time and very good looking. However, upon installation we realised how poor the quality was.
Taps we ordered are matt black and even looking at them scratches the black coating off.
I emailed customer service on a 4/2/21 but there was no response or advice initially. Once I've heard back, it went very quickly. I had parts sent from manufacturers (with missing parts) but needed a plumber to fit it. VB4U refunded cost of a call out fee.
It's an experience I wouldn't want to repeat but impressed how efficiently Richard has dealt with my complaint.

Received my bathroom taps today. They were packaged perfectly and I received a text to say what time they should arrive and Driver's name. All went well. Very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered a sink, it arrived damaged. I had a battle with them to return and get my money back. They never returned my calls, I must have called around 5 times and was constantly told no one was available, had my details taken and then silence. I'm afraid I won't purchase from here again

I ordered a basin and it arrived in pieces. It had not been packaged up carefully and so not protected in any way. I ordered another one and the same thing happened. My bathroom fitter told me this happens frequently with orders from Victorian Bathrooms 4 U. I requested a refund and shopped elsewhere and my basin arrived well packaged and perfectly intact.

Ordering was easy, offered various dates for delivery. The wrong bath was delivered at first(poss drivers fault) but issue was resolved exceptionally quickly, without any fuss. We ordered from various company's and this company was the only company to deliver excellent customer service and never used covid as an excuse. Would highly recommend this company over all the others. Thanks for your great service.
P.S fantastic quality too.

My (v experienced) bathroom fitter commented on how unusually strong and sturdy the bath and it's stand were.
I had an email promising delivery and then a call the day before offering apologies but the bath had been slightly damaged so they were shipping a replacement a day or so later.

Good quality products, good service

Don't order Hudson Reed!
Two expensive Hudson Reed products arrived incomplete. Although the Victorian Bathrooms staff tried their best to help, the brackets eventually sent for the cabinet were wrong. We had to source brackets elsewhere to finish the bathroom.

Poor communication, slow delivery and then goods came damaged.

Everything came together transported right into my garage. Excellent service

High quality and stylish products. We would definitely use Victorian Bathrooms 4 U again.

Atrocious wait on 2x units getting delivered

Good service and advice pre-order and prompt delivery. Bathroom not yet fitted so cannot comment any further.

Good customer service; not all ordered items were on stock but they offered themselves to already send the ones that are (at no extra cost).

A great bath panel delivered on time, packaged well and fits perfectly.

Excellent experience from ordering to delivery

Ordered several different items, and contacted the next day to say 1 piece (shower arm) not available at the moment but they could provide the longer (more expensive) version at no extra cost and get it shipped seperately by the manufacturer directly.
Main set of items arrived within days exactly when they said it would, and was well packaged. Shower arm arrived a few days later.

Really helpful on the phone, spot on delivery. and in these locked-down times, just amazing service. Highly impressed and would definitely use again. Well done!
