A tap I had installed a number of years ago failed and I wanted the same model tap as a replacement. I trawled many sites where it was listed but not in stock and then I tried Victorian Bathrooms - it was in stock and was despatched that day and arrived on time. Perfect!

Delivery eventually took 11 days (prior to Covid-19 lockdown) and communication was poor, as my £600+ order was promised over and over but never came.

An earlier delivery, on Day 9 after purchase, was messed up as they specified an early slot of 7.45am to 10.30am, so I requested that my builder get to site especially early. He was there from 7.30am but the delivery had been and gone without bothering to phone or wait. Management tried to blame it on us until I showed evidence of the arrival log 20 minutes before time.

They also would only redeliver two days later if i removed my previous review.

It got here eventually. Already bought everything elsewhere.

Stock was sold out, but they kept me up to restocking and gave accurate dates on delivery.

Very pleased with the quick response and immediate replacement of a faulty part and especially with the present situation regards C19.

We recently purchased a toilet and sink. Both products look even better in real life than on the website! We were kept well informed about delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I was not impressed with my order because delivery I paid for next day I never received I got it 2 nd day and never received money back as I was promised But nothing to worry if they don’t treat customer right they will never return like my self

So very happy that I found this company. I have searched extensively for replacement taps for bath and basin. Finally found exactly what I wanted at Victorian Bathrooms, at a very good price, plus matching fittings. Arrived earlier than expected, so a well deserved 5 stars from me.

The staff who took my order were very helpful and efficient. However when the installer tried to get help with a fault in the product the person who took the call was not able to help. The installer did manage to fix the problem.(see below)

The reason that I did not give 5 stars was that the roller assemblies had been fitted incorrectly at the factory . This meant that my installer had to spend time removing the parts and refitting correctly - at a cost to me !
