Bought my first Diamond Art Painting of a Butterfly Fairy and have loved doing it but perhaps next time I would choose one with more vibrant colours.

Delivery was as described in add and all arrived safely and well packaged in all very happy for my first but certainly not my last.

I have bought 4 diamond paintings, and loved doing each one. The canvas is very strong, and rolls out flat in no time at all. I did the "Mini" for my brother in law and he loves it. Also the Harry Potter one for my husband as he is a fan, and that has gone above his lego. Looking forward to doing more, just need to find space on the walls.

My partner has ordered me 5 diamond paintings from Victoria's moon and every single one is quality! The canvas is so thick and not paper flimsy like others I have had from amazon etc! The drills are so sparkling and the pictures come to life! I reccomend V moon to everyone when they ask me where I purchase my paintings from! I have another one already on order!

Why are people giving poor reviews I have had at least six DP from Victoria moon and they are the best I have had five star every time thank you

This experience has been disappointing so far - there was a long delay in delivery , but Ok accepted that we are in a difficult time. But the quality of the package presentation when received was a complete mess. I had ordered 3. 3 boxes arrived , 1 empty, 1 with 2 prints ans one set of beads, 1 with 1 print and 2 sets of bead and 3 sheets of paper listing the contents that should be there. No picture identifying what was in the box, no instructions on how to actually complete it, one print damaged because it had been squashed in a box that was too small. Customer service response was a picture telling me how I could decrease the print and an e mail saying they would send me a picture that I could take to a local shop to get printed that they would pay for. Sorry but when you buy something you expect it to be delivered in one piece and complete and with the appropriate instructions. Not a do it yourself prin from the internet. Its a shame because the product appears to be good - really need to get their packaging improved.

Very reliable, brilliant picture. I have enjoyed every picture I have done. The biggest one I did was for my family 150 x50

I made an order in the 12th Jan and still haven’t received it, it’s now the 29th. I emailed the company and they just told me to wait longer. I’m quite disappointed :(

I made my order on the 5th January 21. It is now the 28th January and I am yet to receive my delivery (Kent). Communication is very slow and when the reply email does arrive it only tells me to wait further. Delivery is handed over to the app ‘Shop’, which states my order has been delivered (case closed). It hasn’t. I am completely powerless to sort this out. No phone number to ring and have to wait ages for a response email. So fed up now and honestly do not believe anything will ever be delivered. Not ever. I do not think I will get my money back either.

Don't order custom painting from them. Sent them photo of a memory of a wonderful clear day at the beach. Got a miserable image and paint selection back - dreary and depressing colours

I couldn't be happier . Victoria's Moon diamond painting kits are really good quality, and they have a huge selection. I would definitely recommend them. I have just completed the 3 that I bought and have framed them. They look great. I can't wait to order some more.

Very quick service. All the k it's come in solid packaging with clear instructions and colour charts. The only company i have found so far that gives you accurate DMC codes/numbers. This is helpful if you want to do a picture as a cross stitch as well as the diamond painting. Also helpful if you drop beads or little fingers drop beads to get replacements.

My partner ordered me a large one for Christmas and I have started it, and it looks amazing such good quality, will be ordering from you again in the future

Took 9 days to arrive, which is earlier than I expected once I realised it might come from China, they responded quickly to my email( it went straight into my spam folder). The kit was well packaged the canvas is printed fine, I can see the numbers clearly, there is also a paper copy, and a small photo of the finished piece for reference. My only issue is the folded canvas. The company needs to rethink the packing methods and roll the canvas. The folds make it hard to paint and would look awful if you wanted to hang it. I have ironed the back which has eased some of the folds. Hoping they will relax more as time goes on.

I purchased 3 custom made diamond art from you. One for myself and two for Christmas presents. I did mine and was extremely impressed with the quality and how true to the original picture. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.
