Ordered three paint by number kits, when they arrived one parcel was incorrect. Contacted customer service and they resolved the issue straight away. Very satisfied customer

I received my painting today only to discover it is not the size I had ordered. What I received was half the size of what I ordered. I received no invoice or comformation of my order from the company. Thank goodness I gad used PayPal for this transaction.

Fast delivery is not 2 weeks! Not delivered in a plain box without any colour illustration for reference. No instructions just folded canvas, paints and poor diagram. No telephone number to contact them Emailed to express disappointment and asked for returns procedure for full refund. Offered a download of colour picture and 30% compensation. Not happy at all and definitely wouldn't recommend.

Don't expect to receive your order anytime soon. When I paid it said I'd get my order in 7-14 days. Two weeks later it hasn't even been shipped yet. Don't waste your time and money with this business

Excellent Company and great quality compared to other companies. I am addicted to them and have bought many from them, cannot wait for next one to arrive, which will not be long as their delivery very quick.

Love Victoria’s moon diamond paintings. I have now completed 5 and on number 6 now !! It is so therapeutic and you get real satisfaction when it’s finished. Have tried other companies before but none compare to Victoria’s Moon. Excellent quality and always get plenty of extra diamonds so need to worry. Brilliant hobby !!!!

Really good product. Exactly as pictured on the website and good fun to create. Packaging was a little bashed but delivered in good time.

I love these diamond art pictures, I love doing them and then i get the pleasure of seeing them on my walls when they are finished.
Friends and family love them as well.

Since I first purchased from Victoria’s Moon I have been extremely pleased with all the pictures I have received. The quality of the canvas, drills and tools is A*****and exceeds many others I have tried. Now I would only purchase from Victorias Moon. Their service is also A*****, my purchases have been sent quickly and all were well packed. If you are looking for the best quality and value for money this is the website to go to. It is "almost" impossible to choose the proper size of the finished item on the two big shopping websites to make framing easier. 30*40 and 40*50 are easy to frame from a well known Swedish firm. Job done.
The canvasses are good quality and lie nice and flat. Most, if not all, of the drills are a good size. All in all the best site out there, in my opinion. Customer service is very good.

Victorias Moon are my only supplier of diamond painting kits now, and I've tried a few. They have a huge selection and range in sizes and styles, fast delivery and great emails. Hard to beat prices as well. Keep up the great work please!

Victoriasmoon are the best diamond art shop i have tried, they are very fast at delivery, have a great 3 for 2 offer and the quality is very high, a really good selection of pics, i found the drills and the glue used on the pictures so good, ive tried other shops and had to wait months, had half the gems missing and then drop off and rubbish customer service. The customer service at Victoria's is brilliant too, i wont go anywhere else now. Cant wait to choose my next pictures.
