I wish I could give 0 stars I recieved my paint by numbers and realised there was some pots of paints missing, I emailed and was told to paint the whole picture then let her know what ones were missing I refused and it took about 4 weeks for me to receive the painting.

I was told that she would post my pots of paints 4 weeks later still not received them I emailed to be told that I have to be patient and they will be with me in a week, how are these being sent to me by pigeon?? The emails I have received have been so unprofessional and after waiting so long it seems pointless.

Great painting, I've painted two and ordered one for my mum. I really enjoyed it it's quite mindful and helps you slow down. I recommend it and there is so many cute paintings to chose from. Just wish I could post a picture so you could see it 😊

I ordered a paint by numbers set. It took 3 chases from me before it was delivered. That should have raised a concern at the time. I have spent 2 weeks methodically painting away waiting for the scene to come together. This is my usual practise. The set I have been provided has some sectors with large numbers ( good news) , some with minuscule numbers which are unreadable or only with a magnifying glass, and others with no numbers at all! The worst thing is that the paints provided have the wrong numbers on them. I think they must relate to another painting. The experience is something out of a Monty Python script. I have written to Victoriasmoon but do not expect a reply. The cost is immaterial so I shall not bother chasing them or dealing with this company again. I hope this has been helpful, if not amusing!

I have really enjoyed discovering Victoriasmoon paintings. They have brought me a lot of pleasure during lockdown and gives me a sense of purpose. I have completed 4, am currently doing one, and have another one to do.Those I have given as gifts have been well received. When I had reason to contact the company, their customer service was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend their products.

A great quality product which I enjoyed during lockdown giving me a new hobby. I received excellent service and would recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased the Stag painting, the canvas is excellent quality and instructions very clear, the finished Stag looks just like the picture and was very relaxing to do, the paint colours were nice to use and plenty to complete the painting

Excellent product, great price c £30, (3 for 2) arrived quickly. Plenty of paint to complete the pictures. Ideal hobby during lockdown.

I have done 2 Victoriamoon paint by numbers and they are brilliant, I have had so many positive comments relating to the finished painting and I would have no hesitation in recommending the product. It has been ideal in lockdown as you have to really concentrate on what you are doing and it whiles away many hours, terrific sense of achievement when it’s finished.

This is the second time I have ordered from Victoria's moon and I absolutely love every paint by numbers I receive, it keeps me busy and the results are amazing at the end, I have done many personalised images with my photos and I love how they turned out at the end, very happy and would recommend highly!

I've bought two paint by number kits from Victoria's Moon (completed one currently doing the 2nd one). They have great detail and once you have completed them you can't see the guidelines or numbers underneath the paint, they just look like paintings!

You get plenty of paint and brushes to complete the kits and the canvas itself is also of excellent quality.

I'm kind of addicted to these kits and know Victoria's Moon can be trusted to deliver them so will always get mine from here.

I bought a paint by numbers dog picture from you in January. My sister sadly lost her beloved pet dog last year, you had a design that captured her dog perfectly and I wanted to give it to her as a surprise for her birthday this month. Really speedy delivery, received within 5 days, and I literally finished it today and gave it to my sister. Tears were shed as it looked so beautiful! I now want to get one for my own of my breed of dog! Thankyou so much, great product, price and quick service.

19 days and no order received no reply to two emails very poor customer service beware

I'm loving Victoriasmoon!!! Me and my boyfriend did already three diamond paintings from victoriasmoon. The drills were nicely cutted and packed. One type of drills was missed but as soon as I contacted customer service it was straight away sent to me! Three weeks ago I also ordered painting by numbers and did an amazing picture!

I had never done a paint by numbers. I knew what to expect as my husband was already doing one. I am not young and have a very shaky right hand which makes things very tricky. I selected 2 for me to do, an easier one and a more difficult one. I started with the easy one, the colourful zebras’ backsides! I learned a lot and improved my technique. Some of the paints got quite dry and quickly, but not really a problem as I added a drop of water and stirred with a cocktail stick.
Now I’ve moved on to the more difficult one. As another reviewer said the numbers on paints did not correspond to numbers on canvas. However there was a slip of paper with the correspondance of numbers, and my kind husband wrote it all out on sticky labels, cut to size and stuck to pots of paint. These paints seem more fluid than the last ones so I probably won’t need to add any water. As somebody else commented there was just a silly little picture of the finished picture. So I found it online, made it bigger and took a screen shot.
I hope this review will be helpful to others. I’m enjoying doing it, and it beats jigsaws any day!

Ordered 3 paintings. Received in about 15 days. A bit slow for the UK shop, but acceptable. Haven’t done the paintings yet, will update later on the quality.
There were a couple of issues (one painting didn’t have a picture to refer to when painting, another painting didn’t have the print with numbers to refer to) which I emailed to them about 3 times, but got no response. The problem could be easily fixed. They could email me the photos of the missing items, which I would print myself. However they chose to ignore my emails. Thus 3 stars only.

I bought a personalised paint by number of my dog - I was a bit apprehensive with her being pure black, but the canvas and colours are superb. It comes complete with all the paint you need and more plus the brushes.
I thoroughly enjoyed doing mine, seeing it all come together, so much so i will be getting another sometime.
Amazing detail, superb quality, highly recommend. 5*. You won’t regret it.

I have been contacted by Victoriasmoon and they have offered me a refund or a replacement. Situation recovered quickly and satisfactorily.

I haven’t done a paint by numbers for since I was a child. However my daughter encouraged me to have a go. I really wanted to do a custom picture of our dogs and decided to go for the hardest one first. A black GSD. The delivery was quicker than expected and the item was well packaged. Having now completed it and put it in a frame I am so impressed and pleased with my handiwork. It is almost like looking at the original photo. I’m now waiting for the next one to arrive. Really impressed with the quality, service and response to questions.

Caveat Emptor
My order arrived reasonably quickly but issues then became obvious.
The canvasses had been folded into a rectangular cardboard box and were badly creased.
The paint pots were numbered with a manufacturers code not even resembling the required numbers on the canvasses. A very small piece of paper, with similarly small lettering, was enclosed giving a de-code for the correct numbers - frustrating at best.
The paint itself, when tested, proved to be low on pigment and coverage of canvas numbers/lines was poor and required several coats in some instances.
Self-assembly frames that were combined with my order were found to be of cheap quality and would require considerable attention to finish before construction and use.
Several emails were exchanged with VictoriasMoon which elucidated they were aware of the folded canvas issue because of their revised packaging procedures not using the usual cardboard tubes. They gave recommendations for flattening involving heavy weights and ironing. As for the paint numbering issue, they advised that patience was necessary - no comment was forthcoming about paint quality. A partial refund was eventually agreed.
I have not experienced any of these problems with other paint by numbers dealers so, despite what appeared to be a good value purchase from VictoriasMoon, there is an obvious "you get what you pay for" lesson here.
I shall not buy from them again.

This is my first foray into paint by numbers and so far, it's been a real joy. Victoriasmoon products have been as described and I've thoroughly enjoyed the therapeutic time spent. Testament to how much I enjoyed it; I’ve bought three more and am just starting my next one. I’ve found the amount of paint to be very generous – hardly breaking into the second tray of paint pots (though this may be my inexperience), this had certainly allayed any fears I may have had about running out of a colour. On that subject; opening the next painting I discovered that one of the paint colours was missing but, a couple of emails resolved it quickly and I’m assured that the missing paint is in the post.
If I had to find a negative, and really is a minor thing; it would be nice to have updates where the delivery is – it took several weeks and then just arrived out of the blue. I can live with this and it really hasn’t been an issue. Having not tried any of the competition, I can’t compare this company with any other but, based on the service, price and quality, Victoriasmoon will be my go to site for paint by numbers; highly recommended.
