As with many other people there seems to be a problem with their supply I order painting for my grandchildren when they did not arrive I sent an email and was told that they must have got lost and would receive a refund, not great service

Had ordered more for adults but not-hopeful of getting these, will give a miss to this supplier in the future

Has Victoriasmoon's ownership changed hands? I was unable to complete my order because I couldn't change the country of delivery to Canada. There response was so we can't deliver to Canada?

Ordered quite a few, arrived well packaged and enjoyable to do. One wasn't very satisfactory as the waterfall didn't look all that distinguishable. The others Ive done so far came out good. I wouldn't hesitate buying more in the future.

I have purchased 4 paintings from this company recently and overall very pleased with the service delivery time was acceptable and although 1 of the paintings was much darker than the picture they turned out quite well

I placed an order over a month ago. There is no sign of my package yet. They seem use a questionable courier, for my parcel anyway... Yun express.. Who do not appear to be contactable, after multiple attempts. I not sure if that company is even legitimate. I did email Victoriamoon twice and to be fair they did reply. In my second email I requested a refund. This was not acknowledged. I bought the paint by numbers set as a lockdown gift for my mother in law to curb the boredom. I am disappointed, its not even about the cost. I won't use this site again unfortunately.

paid on 1st of feb and no confirmation or tracking number, now its the 16th. very bad service and have had to open a paypal case to try and get my money back. very disappointing, update, Offered me a full refund but now offering me 1/3 of the cost, DO NOT lie to customers as that will not be acceptable

I ordered 3 paintings on 11th January. Payment cleared from my account the same day. I am still waiting for them to arrive,,,15th February. Disgraceful service.

Very poor quality image, obviously enlarged from a tiny photo as much of the detail is unrecognisable. I found a photo on another website so I was able to correct this sad offering. Several paints are so thin they fail to cover the numbers so those areas had to be primed with white first.
Worst of all, their admin rejects any critical reviews - I have submitted a 1 star rating twice regarding this item and both were rejected. Seems that anything less than 4 stars are disregarded to 'massage' their ratings.
No more orders from me or my friends.

Order 3 paint by numbers pictures on the 17th January and they still haven’t turned up. Tried contacting the company by email several times but no reply. Feel conned out of £30. Can’t leave a review on their page as all reviews are checked.

I purchased a personalised painting of my twins daughter. The price with free delivery was very attractive . I received it within 10 days. The quality of the paints, the canvass and the brushes are of a high standard plus it all came packed really well. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed painting the picture, it was very relaxing and therapeutic. It was very easy and clearly marked where I needed to paint. The results were fantastic and I will definitely be ordering again. I would highly recommend this company as 100% excellent.
Let me just clear up if anyone has any doubts......this is a great product and you will not be dissatisfied.

We've really enjoyed creating some fabulous paintings from these high quality kits. We're not artists and it's a long time since we had a go at painting but these kits are easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow and the paints are very good quality. It's the first time we've used canvas. We are sold on the idea now.

So happy with my purchase it’s great to do during lockdown, it totally de-stresses me. Love doing it and the picture is lovely I’m doing it for my niece.

This is such a lovely gift idea, something different and one to keep you busy during lockdown! It was really nice to surprise them with the personalised photo touch as well.
The photo quality and print was excellent and there was a fantastic range of colours, even though at first it looked strange but when the painting started to emerge the colours and shades all looked amazing together.
The parcel arrived in just over two weeks and was nice to have the brushes included as well.
I have ordered three of these now for family and friends and it will continue to be everyone's present this year!

For christmas my boyfriend and I got his papa a personalized paint by numbers from victoria's moon of an old photo he loved. He was absolutely thrilled with it, so much that when he finished it he hung it up on the wall. Doing paint by numbers started as a lockdown hobby of his but will definitely be buying more from this page! We were so excited to give it to him on christmas day, such a special gift with sentimental value. Also the quality was great, we followed the guide for sizing and it was perfect. Thanks so much! x

This is the first customized paint by numbers I've bought, - had also bought a standard one prior to this one, both have been of excellent quality. Very enjoyable to paint with brilliant results. Would definately recommend.

I have ordered from them three times and each time the shipping has been very quick. The paintings themselves have been good quality and the finished product is usually good.

I ordered a personalised paint by numbers set for a Christmas present and I am very pleased with it!

I couldn’t believe the selection of colours and how accurately they match the photo I chose. We’re about halfway through painting it and really enjoying it! It did take about 2.5 weeks to arrive but that was communicated before purchase and seems reasonable as it’s coming all the way from China! It arrived in time for Christmas which is the main thing.

Customer service was also great and kept me up to date on when it was dispatched. I’ll be ordering again!

Amazing! I cannot recommend this company and product enough. I could not believe the awful reviews left on here.

My honest review is that this is a brilliant product! I have noticed a lot of the negative reviews revolve around how long the product took to arrive. It took 2-3 weeks from ordering for the product to arrive with me however this was in the lead up to Christmas and given the fact it is custom made, I found this very reasonable.
The product came with a small coloured print out, an A4 black and white paper copy and a quality canvas for me to paint on to.
I was very impressed with the quality and variety of shades and colours within the paint pallet. The product also came equipped with a variety of different brushes although I did not use all of them.

At this point, I would like to point out this is not a 'doctored' review but my complete honest review of the product which I received 1 week before Christmas 2020.

As addressed previously, the majority of negative reviews I have read revolve around the product taking a couple of weeks to be delivered. This is a custom made product and therefore will take at least a couple of weeks to arrive so please be patient!

To summarise, I absolutely loved this product! I was so excited when it arrived, I thoroughly enjoyed the process of the paint by numbers and gifted it to my parents for Christmas. They were over the moon. This is the perfect gift to yourself or to others, for pleasure or for a little challenge.
I cannot wait to order another one soon!

Shoddy Chinese product!! Awful quality, paints inaccurate and cheap- I will never buy again.
