Very disappointing!! Waited weeks for the delivery to arrive only to find it’s made very cheaply in China. No coloured image to follow for accuracy, paints very poor quality and brushes missing. If I had known the product was manufactured in China I would have looked elsewhere. Buyers beware!

They asked me to review my purchase and I did - I left what I thought was a fair and balanced review of the product. The particular kit I received was poor quality (numbers illegible or missing, no reference picture, mislabelled paint pots and odd colouring) which I outlined clearly in my review and gave it 2 stars. The reason I'm giving them only one star now is that my review was deleted, which show this is not a trustworthy or transparent company. I would approach any reviews on here with caution - they've clearly been doctoring them.

EDIT: to address delivery speeds, like many other paint by number companies they import the products from China. In my experience a 3-4 week wait is normal, and expected.

I made an order on 04 January. It is now the 29 January. I have complained to the company and they have told me that it will be another week, yet the package hasn’t even been received by yodel. Will never buy from here again.

So I went in hard with my 1st paint by numbers . I did a customized one of my gran and black and white....dont worry about staying in the lines too much. I loved doing this little but often, it was my therapy time as I called it . It took my mind of work and helped relax it ...

I ordered 3 paint by numbers on 4th January. I chased an update and on 16th January my order was marked as shipped, however at the time of writing-28th Jan I still haven’t received my order and when I track it it still says that it’s not been received by Yodel yet. I contacted the sales team and was advised to wait 3-7 days however I’ve already waited nearly 2 weeks since they were shipped and have no way of knowing where my items are?? I could have bought the exact same products on Amazon and received them next day.

I am very happy with my painting. Finished the first one and doing now my second. Keeps me busy in lockdown. The colours were plenty. Bought a couple more tint brushes. But the three, which came with it, were absolutely fine. Just bare in mind it is quite a long delivery time. So, don't expect to have your order in a few days after ordering.

I placed an order on 17th Jan and apart from an confirmation and taking money from my account I have heard nothing from this company. I have tried emailing them but no response. Very disappointing to not have received my order, even more frustrating to have had no communication. Makes me question the validity of the company best to avoid

We have been using your products for some time now and find them enjoying to do and to see when they are displayed on walls. I dont worry about your delivery times as long as they are kept to. Our last pictures have going to our 2 nieces

I was very impressed with my picture. I sent ina picture of my mum and dad. So my dad could paint it. We lost my mum November 2019.
But my dad enjoyed painting it.

I'm really enjoying my paint by numbers kit. The paint is nice quality and the canvas is durable, so much so that I can easily roll it up (or even fold it) in between painting. Looking forward to putting it up when finished. I will then start another one!

I sent a photo of our favourite view at the infinity pool from a once in a lifetime holiday to India and was amazed when I received the painting back after just two weeks. The colours of the paints were exactly matching the photo and the finished product was even bette than the photo! I am SO impressed with the whole idea and plan to sort through my photos and definitely will be using Victoria’s Moon again.

I have thoroughly enjoyed doing this. Ideal for doing in lockdown and very therapeutic. It did take longer than anticipated to be delivered but well worth the wait. Will be ordering another one.

I am so very pleased with the outcome! This is the perfect present for a loved one! Not only is the quality amazing but the customer service is top notch as well. Overall, I am very pleased with the service here in Victoria moon and I will definitely be buying from here again! :)

I wanted to take the time to leave a review as I am delighted with the paint by numbers I have just completed. I enjoyed the project and found it very relaxing to do. The paints were great quality. I ordered a personalised picture of my dog, the company took the time to contact me to inform me that the picture I had chosen wasn't suitable for the size I had picked and they emended this for me which I found so professional. The picture hangs proudly in our living room and I will be ordering again soon.

Very poor quality versus the photo. Paints too dark and painting lacking details.

I bought a customised painting by numbers for a friend, choosing a photograph she had sent me when she was on a city break holiday with her daughter.
She was absolutely thrilled with it - she had no idea you could get customised paintings.

I am now on my third Victorias Moon paint by numbers, with another three on their way in the post. It's a really relaxing activity to do early evening during the dark winters. The pictures always turn out beautifully and make great personal presents for others.

I initially ordered 3 using the 3 for 2 offer. Have loved doing the 3 and have since purchased a further 3 and also one using the personalised product section.
I have found all of the prints to be of good quality, numbers are generally clear though having a magnifying glass available does help when some areas are tiny and therefore the number has to be tiny.
Delivery time can be longer than maybe we have got used to using other online purchase websites but personally I do not have an issue with the delivery times and items arrived with no damage.
I love working on these paintings and happy to while away the hours in this absorbing new found hobby.

My husband and I have now done 4 of these paintings which are proudly displayed throughout the house. One more is nearly finished and we have more on order. We find them totally absorbing and great to do. Delivery so far has been inconsistent, and delivery notification spasmodic. So far there has been two different packaging methods and I have had one paint pot missing but luckily had some left of the missing colour from an earlier painting. Sad to hear the reviews. There is room for improvement for the company but absolutely delighted with our finished products.
