Ordered one of these last Friday 15th jan expecting it to be delivered this week, just received an email (after I contacted them) to say it won’t be here until February... I will not recommend as this is not good enough, they should make delivery times clear on their website. I bought this for somebody who needed something to focus on in these uncertain times, Arriving in Feb is no good...arghhhh

The kit isn't worth the money - it's very basic and the lines and numbers on the canvas are very faint and hard to read. I bought a kit as a gift but it arrived so badly damaged I could'nt give it. VictoriaMoon hadn't put the kit in any protective packaging - just a thin plastic bag, so the box had got really squashed and dented in transit. I asked for a refund but they refused, then offered 30% and told me to 'buy another box'! I've never received the 30% refund so they clearly don't care about their product or their customers. Avoid!

Takes a very long time to be delivered but that could be more about Yodels delivery service. Once finally received either the canvas or paints were wrong. I've spent about 5 hours painting when I noticed they have only supplied 23 paints and only 23 are on the corresponding list however there is 24 on the canvas. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was so looking forward to starting this as I've found it really helps with my lockdown anxiety. I've never had this issue with any I have purchased from Amazon. Poor attention to detail. I have emailed them and are waiting a response. Update, they responded this morning asking me to take this review down and then they would refund me. I have said I will only change my review if and when my complaint has been dealt with.

Final update, they said they were checking with the factory but never came back with an update. Following this I requested a refund and they did willingly oblige and I have received my money back. Overall not the best customer experience.

Took a while to arrive but quality of paints and canvas was great. Paper copy very small, almost not worth having, however, have LOVED doing them in lockdown. Will definitely be purchasing again from this website!

I bought 3 kits, two as presents and one for myself to do during lockdown. I found it soooo relaxing and actually impressed myself with the results. It’s so good I’ve framed it and my daughter wants it for her house!
I’ve now ordered 3 more and passed one on to another friend. Highly recommend.

product arrived in perfect condition, a little later than expected but I put that down to Covid. Easy instructions to follow. Great fun to complete

I ordered 3 paint by numbers during lockdown. I have nearly completed one ( Flower Heart). I have tried other kits in the past but have to admit these are brilliant. Although majority of the sections are tiny they are numbered clearly and have only had to use the accompanying guide a few times. It looks professional and when framed no one would guess it was numbered! Looking forward to doing the other two. Would definately recommend and will probably buy again.

I’ve wanted to try a personalized paint by numbers for a while now and purchased one from several different companies to compare quality and I must say yours is by far the best quality, despite a long delivery wait it was worth it.I love that you give an A4 print for checking mistakes etc, you gave spare brushes which was helpful. Will definitely be ordering from you again soon

Do not purchase from this website. I placed an order at the beginning of December. Its now mid January and I have not received my items and they are unresponsive.

It seems the diamonte paintings part of the business is run seperately to the paint by numbers people. The diamonte team have responded but the paint by numbers side of the business seems like a total fraud. Stay away!!

Will be reporting as a fraudulent company to my bank today.

Decided to try painting during lockdown as my daughter had raved about it.
The kit came really quickly and the quality of materials was excellent.
I ordered three and have completed 1 and half. They look really stunning. After really only getting one to fill in time I have decided to have my first painting framed so I can display it. I have had many complement when I shared it on my facebook page. Now friends are asking for details.Even my husband is keen to have a go and is busy sorting out a photo to have transformed into a paint by number.
Its a really relaxing hobby in these horrid times.

I needed a pastime and not having any artistic talent and not having painted since school I was reluctant to paint. I came across this by chance and decided to give it a go. Wow I really enjoyed it. Good product, plenty of paint and the picture is good enough to frame when finished. Definitely recommend!

I bought a paint by numbers set as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She really enjoyed doing it and has since placed an order for another 3 online. Great company, delivered on time and well packaged. Good quality product with everything you need included. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic product and service! Had a personalised photo of my dog and the kit that was sent was very high quality. Lovely side canvas and plenty of paint to do 2 pictures! Couldn't wait to start and finish! Would highly recommend. Looking for another suitable picture to do another one!

I really enjoyed doing my first painting and found it very relaxing. The canvas was very good quality and there were plenty of paints and brushes. It arrived very well packaged.
The end result looked amazing!

I have now completed three Victoriasmoon pictures and I can honestly say it's been such a pleasure. The canvas and paints are very good quality too.
During these difficult times it's been the most relaxing thing to do, while you still have to concentrate of course, which takes you right out of daily worries.

Ordered during lockdown as something to pass the time. Sent a photo of my 2 labradoodles Molly and Miles. Spent many hours painting it and turned out fabulous. Recommend this to my friends and family plus have ordered another 2 painting. Jan

Amazing service and product. Bought as a gift for my friend and she loves it so much and updates me regularly on her painting. Such a unique and lovely idea for a gift, will definitely buy more in the future.
