When the painting arrived then took a look at it my thoughts were to hard will never do it.Today I have just ordered my frame to hang it on the wall, looks fantastic and well pleased with myself, would recommend this company to buy from as it comes nicely in a tube, not like some company’s who fold them up and they are full of creases.

I saw an advert for the painting by numbers just as lockdown was starting and thought it would be great as a new hobby. Victoria’s Moon had so many designs to choose from and a promotion for 3for2 which meant that the paintings were really good value. On the one occasion where I ran out of a couple of the paints, this was rectified free of charge and a new set of paints was sent to me. The canvases are great quality and come with a paper copy in case you paint over any of the numbers! The biggest bonus for me has been the calming effect on my stress levels! Victoria’s Moon I am forever grateful for inspiring my new hobby!

I placed 2 orders from this company one with a single painting the other with 3 different paintings in.I started the first one and found the paint didn't apply to the canvas very well.The numbers on the paint pots were hard to read and i had one colour missing and another one i didn't need.As their website says if you're not satisfied you can get a refund i asked to return the other,as yet unopened order.I haven't heard anything from them.Their website also says they will get in touch within 24 hrs.Rubbish quality and customer service.

Such a great experience. The quality of the products I have purchased are so good and the customer service I received was great also! There’s a great range of options available online but I love how you can upload photographs to do your own personalised paintings as well!

Used this company 3 times, never had an issue. Good quality products, usually came around 3 weeks after ordering, would use again!

Absolutely love this company. I ordered three personalised paint by numbers and could not be happier. I ordered them a bit too big but that was my fault! Make sure to measure the space you have for the painting.
I can’t believe how well they turned out - the colours were perfect and the detail was great. Used them as gifts and have recommended them to everyone I know as everyone was so impressed by them.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Customer service is shocking. They are reluctant to give any name or number making communication extremely difficult and they are not based in the UK as emails received are at extremely odd hours. I placed my order over a month ago and still have not received anything despite the website saying I would get by order within 7 days, it's now been over 30! Don't buy from this company - it's an absolute shambles. They said they 're-sent' my items, but it's been over a week and guess what? The tracking has still not been updated. Everthing is very suspicious about this company - I would advise you not to buy from them!

I ordered a Personalised picture and was slightly nervous as it did seem expensive but it was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I have completed seven paintings and can recommend VictoriasMoon highly. The painting as it emerges is extremely enjoyable. There is no way I would have selected the choice of colours that when they are combined provide such a creative result. I had no problems with any of the three shipments received where the canvas and paints with supporting documents arrived in good condition. My only suggestion is get a good magnifying glass as some of the numbers take some time to decipher: But that’s the fun.

I ordered a painting by numbers with an unusual sized picture. The customer support was super helpful at ensuring I got the correct size as I wasn't certain which would be best. My wife loved the final product as it was a birthday gift and we will be using this for the daughters present. Excellent quality, and I can't wait to see it painted.

Really disappointed. Having read the good reviews, I felt confident to place an order of three paint by numbers. I placed my order on 2nd November and received an email letting me know my paintings would be with me within 14 days. I waited and waited for confirmation of shipping which according to the website would be made in 2-4 days. Only after emailing the site 11 days later, did I receive a reply letting me know there would be a delay and that my items weren't even despatched and that would take 3-5 days, plus postage time (up to 14 days!). I ordered these specifically for the family to do over lockdown and now they will arrive too late. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a paint by numbers kit as a gift based on my own photo. They have somehow stretched the photo sideways so it is all out of perspective and the dog looks very odd.

The customer service response “finish the painting and see what it looks like, we are sure it will be wonderful”.....

Er, firstly it’s a gift, secondly why would anyone waste hours on something that is clearly wrong???

All emails are received in the early hours of the morning so they are clearly not based in the UK. Very dodgy, certainly won’t use again.

It’s a present but I ordered a special painting by numbers of very treasured pets. Quality excellent (and I don’t give praise lightly) can’t wait to see it finished. Arrived quickly and packaged well. I am not a technical person and was congratulating myself on how easy it was to download the photo. So it’s a thoughtful and personal gift of good quality, I’m pleased.

Absolutely fantastic painting by numbers kits. You get everything you need to create marvellous paintings and the quality of each and every kit is wonderful. I'm on my fifth or sixth painting now as I find them so theraputic. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I have purchased 7 paint by numbers now from this site. Lockdown brought many challenges and for me and my Dad painting by numbers gave us time to relax and block out any uncontrollable things in life right now. The quality of the items and the speed of their delivery is wonderful. My completed works of art look amazing and I hang them with pride in my home. I have recommended Victoriasmoon to friends, who too have been delighted. Every picture tells a story , I wonder which one you will choose?
