Not good at math.
The item was not shipped for more than 10 days after the order was confirmed.
I contacted them, and they explained that I would need to pay an additional 200GBP for shipping.
Was it worth calculating shipping costs on the shopping site when purchasing the item?

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. However we did reach out to you immediately after your order. We explained that the product was oversized and the transit occurred additional costs. We sell internationally and we can not be perfectly precise for each item delivery until we know exactly where it is going. In this case was a remote part in Italy. We did refund the customer immediately after giving him multiple options.

Caveat Emptor....Let the buyer beware!
Let me start by saying that I did not get as far as ordering anything from Victorious Automotive. I had every intention but gave up having tried unsuccessfully for a number of weeks to get answers to straightforward questions about the item I was intending to purchase. This review is about that experience or rather the lack of it.
I started by sending an email to the address on their website, sales@victoriousshop. Not having heard anything for more than a week (not even an acknowledgment), I resent the email but again heard nothing. I should have given up at this stage but being determined to purchase I revisited their website and sent a follow-up via their chat mechanism, which took me to a link via WhatsApp. On this occasion I got a short reply, ‘Will come back to you’. Other than that, there has been NOTHING since despite me sending yet another follow-up. Ironically, their website states ‘We have 24/7/365 Ticket and Email Support’ but that is definitely not my experience. I have now given up buying anything from this Company on the basis that if this is the way that they respond to customers intending to buy something then God help me (you) if I (you) do buy something and anything goes wrong!!
Another reason for my decision not to buy is that having done a bit more research on Victorious Automotive, I am concerned about the integrity of the Company;
1) Although their website looks professional, there is no contact address for them anywhere on the website. UK law demands this irrespective of where the Company is located. Instead, all communication links are via email and chat. A search for Victorious Automotive on Google brings up two addresses. One in a residential street in Twickenham, the other an office block in EC1, London. Both appear to be nothing more than maildrop locations.
2) Moreover, Victorious Automotive is not registered on Companies House, which begs the question as to whether the Company exists, or perhaps, and more likely, indicates that they are trading from somewhere overseas. This is not necessarily a problem but the absence of Company address details and overseas company registration number on their website is.
Mine might be an isolated experience but on the strength of this I have given up on any attempt to purchase from them and I could not possibly recommend them.
