Bad quality.
Very bad construction. The 5 parts one above the other are instable and visually bad looking from a side. I've wanted one piece 150cm and not 5small pieces. Even I've put metal elements to strengthen it, it doesn't really helped much. Bad quality of the material. It looks yellowish with texture of the material beneath. I don't recommend at all.

Unprofessional order handling and disastorous customer support
In the course of 1 year I made two purchases. First one was with christmas decorations. It is important to say that I placed the order way before the christmas shopping maddness and still some of the products did not arrive at all and some arrived after christmas. My second order I placed two months ago and I had missing parts for some of the products. They offered me to either send them back the product which was a sunbed on which I had already spent an hour to assemble before I found that I am missing an important part to complete it OR compensate me with an amount of money which was completely unsufficient to pay for the missing part in some other store.
Both orderes I placed as a business and it was A DISASTER to receive a proper tax invoice. To this day I still do not have the invoice for my second order. I had to write a hundred emails requesting for my invoice. Only yesterday they sent me 4 times the same email with the same incorrect invoice. Finally, they said they will contact financial department, which is the third time they are "contacting financial department" this month for my invoice.

Expectations are met
Expectations are met. The only thing is in vidaxl tracking it was stuck 3 days on status "awaiting courier" and when I contacted the support they said they're awaiting for the package to be delivered to them, before handing it to the courier.

very poor quality
very poor quality, it was already broken when unpacking, it started to break on the second day after installation. I am very unhappy and do not recommend to anyone, I am already looking for others because it is already in a bad state.

Careless attitude to documents!
Your employees received all the data when ordering the goods.

They can't issue a single invoice that is correct. No adequate customer service, just transferring you from person to person without solution probably hoping you will eventually give up. Appaling! One star is too much.

customer service hell
Got sent the wrong product, then they started messing around, asking for photos, then not answering within the SLA they confirmed (they claimed 3 working days), but I didn't hear from them for more than 5 working days and they did not care to respond to my follow-ups. Finally received a google-translate templated reply asking for even more photos and then total silence again. Numerous broken promises - first they were supposed to pick up the wrong item on a certain date and nothing happened. Then they were supposed to refund me the money the moment the item is picked up by the courier (promised by a CS representative over the phone), but this did not happen again, due to a 'system update'. It's been quite a frustrating experience and I expect to have to battle for the right to get my money back for a few more weeks... Overall, avoid at all costs as if something goes wrong you will loose lots and lots of time. Not to mention the long delivery time of ~10-14 days, but this at least is stated on their website.
