The assembly instructions for the cabinet are unsatisfactory. There is no explanation of how to install the rails. The holes do not align. In practice, I am unable to assemble it, which means it is fit for the trash. Furthermore, the panels have numerous defects and are of poor quality.

If I could give no stars, I would do that. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. They sent me the wrong product (which is cheaper than what I ordered), and I requested a full refund. I sent pictures (as they asked for them) and explained the case. Asked them to organize the shipping back and to cover it, as it is their mistake. They did nothing. They were waiting for the 14-day period to pass, but still no word from them. I'll leave bad reviews everywhere and contact the consumer protection authorities in my country and their country. Lost about 500 euros. I would never order from them, and I'd advise anyone who's having any thoughts about ordering from them to never order from Vida XL.

Since it won't let me respond to your comment below, I'll leave this update here to tell other people not to purchase anything from you. The so-called "best solution" for me was you suggesting me to refund me 15%, but the thing is - I overpaid, because the so-called product that "doesn't meet my expectations" is simply the wrong and cheaper one. You sent me the wrong one, and now you just want to send me a small refund, so at the end I still pay in full and you're writhng bulshit as a response here. And by the way, I met the deadline and sent all the requested information immediately. You simply kept stalling me until the deadline had passed, so you could wash your hands of the matter.

I've ordered a coffee table, according to the website should be delivered within 4-6 days. 10 days later still nothing. Contacted the terrible customer service -some badly translated chat, where you barely understand what they are on about and 2 more days still nothing. Contacted them again to cancel the order, and got told that I will have to wait another 16 days for the refund?! Absolutely shocking. My money are now stuck with those amateurs for a month, for something that they are not capable of delivering. Amateurs

We ordered the 120 cm impregnated pine garden bench, paid in full, and it was delivered with multiple problems:

The wood is a much darker colour than shown on the website.
The parts and bolts arrived wet, several bolts are rusted and the wood has mould, which undermines the strength of a load-bearing seat.
A required wooden support (part 315393 / P175500639, "support 2") is missing, so the bench cannot be assembled at all.

When we tried to resolve it, the phone line went unanswered, and the chat agent gave us the part number then left the conversation with no way to reconnect.
We've now had to escalate this in writing to vidaXL's compliance team and are prepared to file with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (КЗП). Paying full price for an unusable, unsafe product with no working support channel is not acceptable.

The product must be improved- difficult to assemble, cushions aren't that full like the pictures, they are sliding - a velcro or something must be added, the back pillows don't have a zipper, the legs are made of plastic, not metal..

User friendly website, on time delivery, great product, super fast service in terms of receiving the invoice for the purchase.

I ordered a plastic shoe shell and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. I initially expected lower quality, but the product turned out to be very well-made with strong and solid construction. I’m really satisfied with my purchase and will definitely order from them again.

Free and relatively fast delivery is great. However, products are generally shit, it's like a temu quality. The garden bed I ordered is made of super thin metal, easily bendable by a 6 year old using 2 fingers only. The construction plan it silly, if you do it properly, it deforms the metal shapes. The whole structure is amazingly wobbly and unstable. Price is okayish but I expected better quality even for that price.

I waited a lot for this arch, and after I started assembling, it turned out some parts are wrong and I cannot have it completed…

Disaster - you can not return anything to them even in grace period! I wanted to return products due to poor quality 1 day after I received them and now 1 month later they are still saying they are organising collection. 1 month later I am still waiting for someone to collect! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Unclear information what and how many parcels is the delivery. The assembling mostly is OK, there were few things to be considered. Overall the experience was positive.

In general all good, but there's no possibility to see the goods in the moment of receivwment.

I ordered a double kids bed, and it came exactly as pictured. The materials are good, and the delivery was fast. I am satisfied!

The product has been timely delivered and redirected into a Speedy office as I wished. Everything went smoothly.

I have used the online shop a few times,I have bought furniture made of regenerated wood I am really satisfied with the quality and the look of all the items.I have ordered a living room table,a book shelf, a TV shelf,a shoe cabinet,a small side table.
All the furniture give extremely interesting rustic charm of my house.
All the items arrived within less than a week and they are very easy to assemble and fix.
There is nothing to complain about.I would recommend Vidal XL to everyone who wants to achieve cozy ambience and interesting rustic style at home.

Ordered on 06.01, the site said 4-6 delivery days. Received it 17.01, 11 days later.
