The most horrible and fake order I have ever received. The chair that I ordered is a total trash and doesn’t match the initial description, e.g. they say it is made by velvet but it’s not etc. It’s not stable and it’s very cheap - it doesn’t deserve its price.

Good looking and stable shelf. The shipping was not bad time wise.
The scheme was really good so i didn't have much problems building the shelf. The only complain i have is that there were some defective bolts.

I have been shopping on the site for more than seven months, because I am satisfied with the quality of the goods sold, as well as with the excellent service and fast delivery

I ordered a corner shelf. The free shipping was a nice bonus. But when the shelf arrived, I saw that it was made of inferior particle board (it was crumbling where the screw holes were made). So I wanted to return it. But it turned out that in this case the shipping would be at my expense. The return is to the Netherlands and I am in Bulgaria. This means that shipping the product to the manufacturer would cost me more than the shelf itself. So I decided not to return the product, but I will not order any more from vidaXL, although I had some more expensive products in my wishlist.

Communication and delivery times are well distributed, however one of my product (the bathroom panel) was having not well described manual. About the sink - on the site the smaller sink was having a greater price than the bigger one thus I ordered the bigger one. Later on when I checked prices again the smaller one was cheaper. I would have chosen the smaller one. Overall, products are with good quality.

My product was exactly what I ordered, and it came on time, there were clear instructions on how to be built with the needed instrument included. I am very satisfied, this is not the first time I am ordering a cat tree through vidaXL and I will order again.

Good delivery time, good quality, fits the job purpose.

What is shown on the website is what you get. Extremely correct, respecting the delivery time they indicated.

I bought three beds from them for the last year. First i had black one, after that dark red and one purple. I am absolutely satisfied ☺️! Just the last one on purple was cheaper and the legs were very noisy....and not so stable 😞...but ok. Thanks a lot 😊! Fast delivery 🚚

I spent time, ordered the product, they were supposed to bring it home, I received a message that I needed to come to the delivery person's office to pick it up, in fact the product was not there, they promised to send me the receipt data to search for the product, they did not send the receipt, a week later I asked what happened to the product, they told me that it had returned somewhere and I needed to order it again. Now I am wasting time on this review that I am asked to write.
I highly recommend that you all learn to work and pay close attention to your responsibilities and clients!

I had bad experience after purchase of small furniture. Vida XL reaction and proposal of options to resolve the problem was very fast and appropriate. They offered either to supply the missing hardware or refund part of the amount paid. They refunded fair amount of the price in a timely manner.

Delivery was very quick , very well packaged!! And very pleased with the chest
Overall very happy !!

The third star for this review is only because the other items of the dresser, that I purchased, seemed to be of decent quality.
The parcel didn’t contain any hinges for the dresser’s doors. Just like that- no hinges were sent.
But the funnier part of the situation is that the hinges are specific and I can’t just buy them in my country (I tried).
I had to send a complaint with a request hinges to be sent.
Generally, I’m a costumer of VidaXl and I may continue... not sure yet.

On 07.01.2025. I ordered the following product from you: vidaXL Room divider, bamboo, white, 250x165 cm - 131.99lv.

Since I was pregnant and was about to give birth at any moment, the divider arrived while I was already in the hospital. My mother accepted the order without opening it. I did not have the time and opportunity to test the product. Only yesterday I had the opportunity to unpack the goods and what was my surprise and bewilderment?.... I think you are a serious site, I have ordered from you before, but in this case, I was extremely disappointed with the purchase, which is not cheap at all. We needed this product for an office, to separate a small corner, i.e. the office will be visited by many people and there is no way to put this "thing" because it is rediculous. As you can see from the attached photos on email I sent to you, the product is defective, visibly of poor quality and does not look at all like the way it is presented in the photos on your site.

Since I think, or at least I thought until now, that you are a serious site, I did not check the product earlier and 14 days have passed since the purchase, but still, if you really care about your name, I think you should accept this "thing" back and refund me the money. If you do not want to refund me the amount, at least compensate me and replace this with another product from your site (which I hope will be of better quality).
