I bought 2 night stands
I bought 2 night stands. The shipping was fast, but the quality of the furniture was low. The wood broke apart while assembling.

I have furnished a few places from VidaXL already.
Fantastic designs! Not the typical mainstream furniture ideas. Fresh and lasting!
Sometimes we get challenges with the assembly. Still the final look is worth it.

Worst service ever
Horrible serive, s.h.i.t company, they can not create a simple invoice and suport is full of s.h.i.t.
I will never buy anything from that store ever again and I will recommend to everyone that I know to stay away from it.
You are a joke, also some of your practices are practically criminal as they are against the law at least in Bulgaria.
Anyone that is reading this, stay away.
By the way the comment below mine is a lie, I did provide the full company info, interesting how other stores never had an issue with this exact information.
As I said horrible service.

Low quality product
Low quality product not as expected or looking in the picture. Bad packaging which further degraded the look of the product as it came compressed and with wrinkles that cannot be fixed

Cheap materials for lots of cash…
A lot of yoir products are really low quality but expensive. A shed costing 1600 leva (800 euros) advertised as outfoor shed from steel lasted only 1 year on the first snow it got demolished from one night of snowing. the actual construction and syppots crumbled. Other wooden sheds and smaller rabbit and chicken coups the same made out of very thin wood and thin other naterials but advertised as outdoor coups.

Good products - terrible choice of courier service
We ordered several times from Vidaxl.bg.
Good products, fair prices. We are happy with what we got. When we did get it... Twice they delivered to our house, no problem, and for these runs they deserved five stars.
The last two shipments, being delivered together by their chosen courier speedy.bg, have not been delivered for four times in a row! We stayed home, waited for them, on four separate days! We have tried to communicate to viaxl.bg about this. They are very nice, but send the identical emails every time and nothing happens.
For this, they deserve a one star review! They chose BG's worst courier and are taking no responsibility. This has literally been going on for weeks, we don't have our order and speedy's incompetence now reflects badly on vidaxl.

Good products at good prices
Good products at good prices. Fast delivery to Bulgaria. One of the orders came to me broken. I got an adequate response and solution to the problem using the chat. They sent me a courier who collected the package from the address on the agreed day. I am now ready to ship the new package. At the moment I am quite satisfied with the province and the reaction.

Excellent customer service
Although the coffee table was damaged when I unpacked it, the customer service was excellent. I filled in form, uploaded some photos and my refund was in my bank within a few hours, which I wasn't expecting, as I thought it would take much longer.

Mango wood TV stand
I bought a mango wood tv stand EAN:8720286060414. The product was not easy to assemble as the holes of the metal legs were not matching the ones of the screws. One of the holes even remained outside of the frame. It took us three hours to adjust them.
