We recent bought a desk with cabinets and drawers from vidaXL We were extremely disappointed to find that none of the items were either numbered or had a letter on the pieces. Some pieces were not lined up properly for the dowels and screws to go into and some items were missing! After paying £122.99 for this item its not very good. What we thought would be an hour and a half job turned into over 6 hours!
Update: Just need to put on record of the positive and concerning reply we received from the Company as a result of this review Although it was frustrating at the time now it is assembled we are really pleased with it and would give it 5 stars for the price.

Do not use this company
Bought a headboard cabinet from Debenhams via this company, “30 free return” pinned to the top of website. The items turned up and the wood honestly looked like someone printed a photo of wood and glued it to a piece of cardboard. Then when I knew I was unhappy with my purchase and contacted them to start the return process they offered me 25% of my money back… and then when I refused they offered 50%… I honestly don’t understand who thought that was a good offer when I do not what this product, have no use for it and want ALL my money back. They have now confirmed ALL my will be returned but they don’t want the product back?! What am I supposed to do with this ?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHEAP PRODUCTS!

This piece came as essentially a load of metal sheets and over 100 screws. Nowhere in the product details was I told this was self-assembly, and assembly has required me buying a special screw driver and a week later is still not finished.
I strongly regret buying this filing cabinet.

CHEAP & NASTY QUALITY FURNITURE
Holy crap.. I purchased a two door cabinet from vidaXL and only put it together today because we have been redecorating.
This has to be the worse, cheapest piece of garbage i have ever bought. The hinges are the cheapest hinges i've ever seen on a cabinet. Trying to tighten them just didn't work because the threads are very badly designed. The kind you buy in a 99p store. one cupboard door was bowed so it doesn't hang flush and the rest is just made from cheap material. I would not recommend this company at all. They sell the lowest quality furniture at a premium price. It's going to cost me more money to fit better hanging hinges that will tighten and stay tightened. What GARBAGE! What a DISGRACE!

The table itself is ok
The table itself is ok. Not the most expensive looking of course. Shame that the screws are visible. The stickers to cover them do not stick and are different shade.
I like the cabinet on the side. However, the top piece would not be screwed a the wholes where cut out too far away, or the screws provided were to short. So I could not secure it as per instructions. However it slides om the wooden sticks. But the top cannot be touched as it lifts off. But the cabinet won't be moved from the top as such, so I still kept it.

Do not expect anything to arrive on time
UPDATE - The company claims that I did not respond, they have not contacted me in the first place for me to have anything to respond to. Same AI response they give to every complaint. Do not expect anything to arrive on time. Have ordered on two separate occasions and both times the delivery has completely fallen out of promised time. Have spoken with customer service who are not very helpful and who made promises of delivery that were lies. Offered to pay for upgraded/faster/certain delivery but this is not an option you just get more false promises. Quality is ok and does the job when it eventually arrives but don't hold your breath! So frustrating when they have your money and there's nothing you can do.
