vidaXL Highboard VIGO White, 4 drawer.
When I saw this dresser on the Internet it looked just the job. The right size to fit where we wanted it and the price was good too.
Unfortunately it does seem that you get what you pay for though.
The paintwork was awful, as if they had omitted the top coat and the construction was cheap and second rate. Had l not had experience with flat packs l would have been in trouble. As it was l repainted it.
I do no recommend this item.

Furniture is not fit for purpose
Furniture is not fit for purpose. None of the screws aligned. Doors are too small and the drawers are stiff and unable to open without force. I sent a complaint 1 week ago and requested a refund and was advised I would hear back within 1 business day. It has now been a week and I have heard nothing. Poor customer service. Poor quality furniture. Complete waste of money, do not buy from this company.

Average Overall Experience
I ordered a couple of items from vidaXL and items were delivered in a few days. Unfortunately the sizes were not correct for what I needed, so I had to contact customer support.
After a bit of negotiation with the support assistant, they agreed to process a refund. Overall the issue was resolved, but the sizing problem and extra steps made the experience average rather than great.

Good tent at a good price.
There was no problem with VidaXL, who despatched the tent within a few days of ordering, and the tent itself is good value for the money.
The problem, which is why we say 4 stars, not 5, came with the delivery. Evri managed to 'lose' the parcel in transit and it was only when we were very firm with them that they managed to find it. When it was finally delivered, the driver put it on the doorstep, knocked once and ran back to their van.

I purchased a metal shed
I purchased a metal shed, which arrived in a thousand peices, many of them wrong and some missing. I am used to putting things like this together but this thing was a death trap to build leaving me with multiple cuts. Very bad product which took days to build and drill new holes etc.
Since this review they have phoned me multiple times to resolve the issue, and given me a full refund, so I cant knock the excellent customer service.

Always fab service
Always fab service. Certain items better quality than others but overall a fantastic site with hundreds of options. We use them for installs of various package deal media walls and never had a complaint re; quality etc.

We recent bought a desk with cabinets and drawers from vidaXL We were extremely disappointed to find that none of the items were either numbered or had a letter on the pieces. Some pieces were not lined up properly for the dowels and screws to go into and some items were missing! After paying £122.99 for this item its not very good. What we thought would be an hour and a half job turned into over 6 hours!
Update: Just need to put on record of the positive and concerning reply we received from the Company as a result of this review Although it was frustrating at the time now it is assembled we are really pleased with it and would give it 5 stars for the price.

Do not use this company
Bought a headboard cabinet from Debenhams via this company, “30 free return” pinned to the top of website. The items turned up and the wood honestly looked like someone printed a photo of wood and glued it to a piece of cardboard. Then when I knew I was unhappy with my purchase and contacted them to start the return process they offered me 25% of my money back… and then when I refused they offered 50%… I honestly don’t understand who thought that was a good offer when I do not what this product, have no use for it and want ALL my money back. They have now confirmed ALL my will be returned but they don’t want the product back?! What am I supposed to do with this ?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHEAP PRODUCTS!
