Poor quality item

Poor quality item, not worth the money, extremely poor instructions. Bits are buckled which makes it difficult to fit together. High IQ needed to work out how it should be build, don't bother with instructions, they don't even state where one of the major parts goes. Too much of a headache and too many hoops to jump through to return. On a positive note the delivery was fast!

Poor quality unit.

The unit with drawers was not high quality. More effort seems to have been put into making something that will fit into a small box for long distance transportation than into making a good product that is straightforward to build and will stand the test of time. I would avoid using this company again.

​Terrible experience. Received a greenhouse with defective part A6-4×1. After two failed attempts by vidaXL to send a functional replacement (both times defective!), we had to fix it at our own expense.
​Now, we found even more parts and screws missing. Because of this, the structure remained unstable and the wind has already ripped out the side panels. The product is now damaged due to your repeated failures and incomplete delivery. Customer support is non-existent (only bots). I demand immediate responsibility and a full solution for this defective and now damaged product.

I ordered a glass and black aluminium…

I ordered a glass and black aluminium interior door.
It arrived very promptly
All was complete ,no damage.
I challenge anyone at VidaXL to assemble this door.
The instructions are terrible and to screw together nearly impossible.
It took me a full day.
My guess is that a computer and AI has designed this with zero attention to how you might put it together.
Please avoid this unless you have at least a doctorate in DIY

By far and away the rudest delivery…

By far and away the rudest delivery people I have ever had to deal with. A man and a woman who may not have been British by their strong accent but who refused to help put the delivery at the rear entrance instead of the front entrance when I said to them I was a single female pensioner living alone and they delivered garden chairs in heavy boxes which blocked my front door and they refused to move them or help telling me I should not have bought them in the first place

I ordered 2 metal TV units

I ordered 2 metal TV units, the first one although a nightmare to assemble was ok, the second one had several dents and scratches, unfortunately the main damage was on the top, but as I was on a tight schedule I carried on, I managed to hide the damage with a few well placed ornaments, when I contacted them they offered a paltry £10 voucher or £8 cash, needless to say I won't be needing a voucher as I won't be purchasing again, avoid. Avoid!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this rogue company at all costs. The service is appalling, item never delivered and they are refusing to refund. The only possible contact is by email, which if they respond is slower than snails pace! I have even provided proof (that they requested after 3 months since the issue was raised with them) of an official letter from the bank, however now they are not even responding to me and still no refund.

Really nice furniture at a reasonable…

Really nice furniture at a reasonable price. However I wanted to leave this review about their customer service. It’s exceptional. I contacted them at 8.27 am as I’d realised I’d made a mistake on my orde. It was already out for delivery.

14 minutes later they comprehensively replied advising how to sort the issue out, delivered in a clear, polite, friendly and professional manner.

I will certainly use then in future, I can’t remember when I last came a ride such outstanding service.

In my view you can trust this business completely and you will be treated well, quite apart from the great products at sensible prices. Well done Marj and the whole team.

Horrible refund experience

I got what I ordered, but the return process took about 3 months. It was a horrible experience. They claimed they didn't receive the package, blamed it on the courier, lied about the courier providing some sort of document that they the package was picked up, said the same thing over and over, claimed they would talk to the courier company and sort it out and they didn't. I had to contact the courier company several times and they were the ones who went above and beyond and finally found the package (which was of course sent back). Never buying anything there again.

vidaXL bed frame

I ordered this vidaXL bed frame and it was a complete disaster. Several parts arrived cracked or chipped, and the overall quality of the boards is extremely poor.

The assembly instructions were unclear and difficult to follow. Without help from someone with carpentry experience, it would have been almost impossible to put together properly.

The frame feels cheap and flimsy, and I honestly doubt it will last even a year. Very disappointing quality for the price. I would not recommend this bed frame.

Extremely dissatisfied

Extremely dissatisfied. Purchased two tall garden storage units. Arrived and you have to build literally everything over 350 screws per unit. Each panel is around 30cmx 20cm. Cant even return it as this would cost me £57 to the courier. Left with two units i cant build. And out of pocket.
