Needed a new bathroom cabinet
Needed a new bathroom cabinet. Found one on VidaXL, looked kinda snazzy and was cheap. Didn't hesitate to order and within a week it was delivered. I was kept updated throughout. The cabinet itself was an easy fix. Overal very happy with the ordering process and won't hestitate to buy again from VidaXL if and when needed.

Great company, competitive price
We recently ordered a splashback from VidaXL and we're so happy with the product and service. Slight delay but kept informed. Product is fantastic quality. Husband used to fit kitchens so was very impressed with the price point. And the final result is so good. Really pleased and will definitely order from here in future. We could not have got a product elsewhere at this price point.

Slow with giving a rightful refund
My mother had ordered a buffet when we put it together we found that the frames of top doors were cracked and broken. We called and after chatting with a very friendly lady with a terrible accent we were told to email a photo which we did. We got a friendly email to thank us for it and they would let us know what they were going to do about it. We never heard from them again! Next I ordered via Amazon a bathroom cabinet and a set of drawers. The courier claimed it was delivered but it wasn’t. I have not received anything. I complained to the courier and they told me that VidaXL had to ask for an investigation. I told VidaXL via Amazon and they send me a file with a form I had to fill in (this was a form from the courier which I already filled in for the courier company ) I filled in the form and emailed it 4 times and they never replied! Every time I contacted them again via Amazon all they kept replying is the same message: sorry for your inconvenience please
fill in the form! I tell them that I did 4 times and the same answer :sorry for your inconvenience we understand this is frustrating please fill in the form! They are a despicable company who don’t own up and take responsibility when something goes wrong. So I will never ever order from them again! And I warn everyone who considers ordering from them DONT! Everything they sell is available in other more trustworthy shops! This is about VidaXL Nederland

After a lot of fuss making via Amazon VidaXL came through and said they would refund the money. So that is a Positive. Therefore I give them an extra star

Poor quality & poor customer serivce. Products fall apart or are delivered incomplete, and customer service is unresponsive or invokes their terrible protocols. The worst service I have ever experienced. Want to return something? That's not even possible. VidaXL is a huge scam.

Chaises longues avec table et coussins -- Don't bother. I bought 4 of these in 2022 and only one is (just) still usable after just three years. The acacia wood is full of knots and, therefore, the slats snap. The hinges are weak and poorly screwed in. All just shoddy work and not worth wasting nearly 1000€ on absolute rubbish.

DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY
Had the worst experience with vidaXL. I ordered a wooden hut that had broken, wrong sized and missing parts. After 3 months and 4 different guys coming to try to put this thing together as I could not in weeks of trying, I still don't have it standing. it's warping so much that parts can't be screwed together, doors can't be adjusted so they could be closed, there's multiple centimeters of holes on the sides, the whole thing is wobblier than any indoor wardrobe I have ever purchased.
During this time I have contacted support 5 times and they refuse to give me a refund larger than a fourth of the hut cost, even though it is completely useless and I have spent more on buying extra sturdier wood to try to secure it, let alone cost for the guys that have come try to assemble it.
They refuse to refund me the hut cost even though it is completely unusable. Even the refund I was promised multiple times I have not received.
If you are thinking to buy from them, please, give yourself a favor and purchase from anyone else!

returns policy is ridiculous and expensive and the customer service is really bad
If you want to return a large item they will come and pick it up this costs 15 euro and can only happen Monday to Friday and you can only make an appointment a week in advance

Ik wil je graag laten weten dat de e-mail bedoeld was om je te informeren dat de terugbetaling aan onze kant inmiddels volledig is verwerkt en dat je Klarna-factuur binnenkort wordt bijgewerkt.
De retourkosten zijn in lijn met ons retourbeleid. De waardebon die je hebt ontvangen was bedoeld als kleine tegemoetkoming voor het ongemak dat je hebt ervaren, maar als je er geen gebruik van wilt maken, is dat natuurlijk helemaal prima.

I do not recommened this company! I ordered bar table a week ago and I still didn’t receive the product. After consultation by e-mail and phone call with customer Service it seems that they didn’t sent my delivery yet and they will do the replacement so I need to wait another week more. ( on website it was information - expect delivery is 1-2 working days) I’m very dissapointed!

Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company, I ordered a back pack, it never arrived. I spent 10 days chasing delivery with this company who kept telling me it would arrive. Finally someone admitted it had been lost in transit. I was then given a ‘partial refund’ as they took money off for shipping even though I never received the product in the first place! DO NOT USE
Zero customer service, only refund on product and charges for shipping despite never receiving it.
