This has been the worse online experience ever!
They've sent me a table which was in bad conditions. I've contact them immediately to inform them, and after more than two month, I am still waiting for them pick up the item and refund my money.
Continuously saying the courier is coming to pick up the item and no one shows off, still have this box around the house and not been given my money back. Useless customer care who will just copy paste the same answer over and over hoping you'll forget about the thing any trying to get away with everything. Not interested at all to solve your problem! Don't buy from them .. they have no idea what they're doing.

I have received carpet I did not order and have not received 3 items ordered 7th and 9th July with promised 3-5 day delivery. The automated type help does not function as they cannot understand incorrect non ordered delivery made but no correct order delivery. 😢😢😢

I really like vidaXL's online shop, i think to start with, it's very easy to make a purchase and has a good search mechanism wich helps a lot, shipping to Portugal is, in general, fast, it has a good quality vs price and very cool items for different tastes.
I bought many times already from this shop, never had problems, only once a piece of wood furniture i had bought arrived a little bit broken, i believe it was from the transport, but staff was really quick answering my email and super helpfull, they sent me a new item which was very much appreciated!

I still have not received my product that should have been delivered the 14, then the 15 and today is the 18. My job is to wait for them to come. Do they pay me to wait as an employer wouldn't?

Ordered garden storage,grey. The inside is grey but the outside is dark brown! I said, I can live with it. It's arriving in 2 boxes,two separate shipments?!?
Started to build it, almost 200 screws! I said I'm very handy,can do it.
Now 1 part is missing! The replay from their customer service is that they will send me the missing part BUT IT WILL TAKE 25 DAYS ?!?!?! 25 Days to get missing part?!?!?
High or low season it doesn't matter!!! Missing part should be delivered instantly not after a month!!!!!
Never again!!!!!!!!

UPDATE:
I am editing my review from one star to three because I can confirm the company did eventually pay my refund along with a €25 euro compensation, so they can be trusted to refund eventually despite it taking a very long time. Gil in customer service was the one who did help push it through, and she was responsive, helpful and professional. So thank you to her for that.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Do not order from this company. I placed an order with them back in February, which I returned in March. Now in June - 3 months later - the money STILL hasn't been returned to my account, meaning they are holding hundreds of euros of my money.
I have been back and forth with customer service and they keep promising they will make the refund but they still haven't.

Why did I order from this company again I will never learn . I ordered a garden sofa set €529.99 when it arrived I couldn’t believe how bad the quality is the chairs are the size for children the cushions are so thin that you couldn’t sit on them because the metal bars on the seat stick into your back and bum . Asked for a return on Thursday end of business today Monday haven’t heard a thing from the company just an email saying they will be in contact ? Tried there chat app got disconnected twice they said it’s probably there internet? Then got through again to be told nothing they can do I just have to wait for them to contact me . Not messing around put in a claim to paypal
