Could Be Better
While it turned out that I had a defective Blu-Ray player in my PC, it was never suggested by VideoByte makers that I investigate that possibility. As a troubleshooter, that might have been one of my first questions: Have you checked the reliability of your BD-DVD player?
I am NOT a troubleshooter; I sought help from the
"professionals" who repeatedly and routinely asked questions about the functionality of the software and how I was using it.
It all turned out to work just fine in the end although converting Blu-Ray disks to mp4 is a long and time-consuming process, which the Seller never explains.
