This has been some of the best customer service I've received. I reached out online to see what the store guidelines were and immediately got a response from the general manager. I have been putting off buying a mattress for years, because it seemed like such an overwhelming, daunting task; however, when I got to the Vienna store, Matthew, was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole mattress buying experience incredibly wonderful. We told Matthew what kind of mattress we were looking for and our budget, and he recommended several ones for us to try out. He gave us space to try them out and didn't rush us at all.
The delivery service was also top notch. I have a doormat outside that says "shoes off" as a slight joke and when the 2 delivery guys came in, they both started taking their shoes off, which I let them know they didn't have to, but I really appreciated this little detail. The delivery was quick and easy and they had no problems with the installation.
The mattress itself is so comfortable and I have been sleeping better at night. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress in this area.

It was fate that had me notice Urban Mattress as we were driving down the road where they were located. I looked them up online and was impressed with the comments. So we ventured in the next day and were even more impressed with the process of buying a mattress. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and guided us to appropriate mattresses for our sleep style and comfort/firmness level. Safety protocols were in place and we were able to try out different mattresses. Upon choosing and purchasing, we were told it would be ready for delivery in two weeks; and sure enough, it was. The delivery process was also seamless and the delivery men were professional and careful. We would highly recommend Urban Mattress.

Good sales advice and amazingly quick delivery. Punctual, professional and efficient delivery service. And they provided a 'loaner' frame until the frame we ordered becomes available. Overall, outstanding service

Great service, quality materials and great delivery experience.
They brought the mattress in a way that was easy to bring inside the house and the room, going up the stairs was not an issue as sometimes you deal with other companies.
The mattress was packed like a roll and was very easy to carry around the house.
Overall I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great mattress and quality of services.

Having your own delivery crew (great guys) is outstanding and guarantees good customer service.

We purchased a mattress topper to add to the plush feel of the mattress we had bought. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to try a topper for couple nights to know what we'd be getting. We loved it and we bought it. Very satisfied after having it a couple months.

Truly lovely people running a person-friendly store. Naturally inclined toward a more eco-friendly approach, Nathaniel and his team, through a relaxed, inviting environment, offer a great selection of mattresses with a manageable price range (that is, quality mattresses offered to various budgets!). Really appreciated the time they took with me and my family, the conversation, and the communication throughout the entire experience. Very much looking forward to my mattress and pillows, and I take a great deal of comfort in knowing that I have built a solid relationship with this group of people!

Very informational (yet relaxed) shopping experience in-store, followed by delivery when they promised by a great professional team from Urban Mattress (not hired by someone else, like other places do sometimes).

Most importantly, the mattress is great! We wanted firm but comfortable, and that's exactly what we got because they listened to us. Our backs already feel better.

As always, Nathaniel delivers the BEST product! And, it was completely contactless. Because Nathaniel & Urban Mattress knows what our family likes, we ordered our new mattress, paid & delivered to our garage all contactless! We couldn't wake up the next day, it was soooooo comfortable! And, I have to say, with all sorts of delivery these days, I don't know what Urban Mattress is doing, but it's the BEST delivery bar none!!!!! Thanks Nathianiel & Urban Mattress.

We found Urban Mattress on Consumer Checkbook and it looked to be worth trying as we had our mattress for 15 plus years. We were looking for a very firm mattress that would take us another 15 years. At the store there was no pressure to upsell and we ended up with the Iris Bloom firm. We had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery (which seems normal) and they scheduled a time and day to deliver. They showed up on time and took our old mattress and installed our new one. Not a bad way for buying a mattress. We have only had the mattress for a couple of days but it seems like a good quality mattress that is firm but comfortable and allows us both to move without waking each other up.

Excellent customer service and even better during installation. Highly recommend this company located in Vienna, Virginia
