Nate and the staff are informative and patient - no pressure. I bought a pillow for side sleepers that is great - I used to have trouble with a neck ache most days when I woke up - and this pillow has made all the difference for me - it's so comfortable!

You provide after purchase service such as mattress flips, which I cannot do with my Vi-Spring. My other comment re the purchase of the mattress is that there was no sales pressure.

Nathanial runs the best mattress store ever. We’ve bought 5 mattresses from him; for my wife and me and for each of our kids. Everyone loves their Urban mattress.
Sadly, his lease has ended, but we’ll continue to buy from Nathanial in his new location!

Above and Beyond service
I snagged an amazing deal on a floor model ViSpring, and they wrapped it and held it for me until I completed remodeling the room it was going into. The delivery was challenging, but in the end everything came out perfect. So sad they're closing!

Just bought our fifth mattress from UM. Each time it’s been no pressure and honest answers to our questions. Sad to hear they lost their lease…so went ahead and replaced our 17 year old mattress while we could. The memories of going to their competition almost 20 years ago made it an easy choice. Hope UM finds another location to move to and continue their tradition of excellent customer service.
