Greg was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products in his showroom. He let us go around testing out mattresses and was there to answer any questions we had. He was honest and gave us great advice. We are so glad we found Urban Mattress!

My husband and I like to buy American made products and quality products. I could not be happier with the service I got at Urban Mattress. I went in looking for a mattress to replace a very nice American made mattress I had ordered online but didn't work for me. I explained my issues and was directed to a few options. I have had the new mattress for a week and it is so comfortable. They say to give it a month but I think this is the winner!

Everything went smooth with purchase, delivery and set up. Delivery folks were very helpful and expeditious. Only negative part was we could not use existing sleigh head and footer boards with frame provided.

The purchase of my mattress and box spring was very easy. There was absolutely no sales pressure! That was a great plus.
Then they actually were able to fit me into their delivery schedule for the next day, since I lived so close to their store.

The delivery and set up was quick.

We were told our bed would arrive within 1 week. It has now been 3 weeks and we still have not received our bed. We have been advised that,due to shortages, we won’t receive our bed for another 3 weeks. This is poor customer service.
