My wife and I were shopping for a replacement for our 6 year old memory foam bed that wore out earlier than expected.

While researching stores and showrooms near us, I found out about Urban Mattress on Reddit. A couple folks commented how their beds managed to be both firm and soft at the same time, which caught my interest.

Nathaniel was very friendly, and did a great job walking us through their product lines in the showroom. We were very impressed at how comfortable and well built the mattresses are, and we selected the Dahlia as the best choice for our budget. The mattress got delivered a few weeks later, and we've been enjoying it ever since! Highly recommend this company and location.

The team at urban matress was relational, laid back, informative, and helped us compare mattresses and get exactly what we wanted. And at a great price. Not to mention they offered free delivery and haul away of the old mattress. Excellent service! We purchased a Zinnia king and have loved sleeping on it, the perfect amount of support and comfort!

What an amazing and full service operation they have going there at Urban Mattress. They are extremely accommodating and so helpful in an area that can frustrate homeowners. We purchased several beds and plan to get several more. The quality is amazing and the service is over the top! Trust them with your needs. They’re honest, extremely helpful and go out of their way, from the owner to the employees.

I scoured the Internet because I wanted a new bed that I would have for a long time, not another bed that started to have dips after six months. I found Urban Mattress and did my research. My new king bed, the Iris in firm, is THE BEST. I can’t stop talking about it to everyone I know and I can’t wait to get into it at night. Both Nathaniel and Daniel were very helpful in making the right selection. Delivery communication was simple and the guys were in and out in ten minutes. I could not be happier. 5 stars!!!

I have purchased three mattresses from Urban Mattress in the past four or five years. The first was a new bed for me and my husband and the second and third were for my son, who quickly outgrew a twin and needed a queen. My parents introduced me to UM, and they have also purchased two mattresses from UM. We enjoy the buying experience and the staff is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have never felt pressured to buy. We all sleep great. They’ve been flexible scheduling delivery and the delivery teams I’ve had have been polite and careful bringing in mattresses into the house and around tight corners.

We ordered our mattress early December and despite the holidays, they were able to schedule delivery early! The delivery crew was polite, respectful, and on time. I valued having a two hour delivery period instead of a four-hour wait! Shopping at Urban Mattress has been a pleasure.

Shopping here is like buying a mattress from a trusted friend you’ve known for years. They are personable, helpful, and deliver a great product.
