The tour was fine but the maps were…
The tour was fine but the maps were small and confusing. Some of the stops were far from the attractions. The bus was dirty some of the plug ins didn’t work. The staff that greeted us was friendly but the gal on the bus wasn’t. Overall I probably would choose a different company.

A Sign showing the bus or the outlet name would be perfect.
The address of the meeting point of the shuttle bus to Parndorf outlet was punctuate, but for any first timer it was uncertain since no sign indicating the bus and the outlet was there. All seemed confused until the staff showed up 6 minutes before the departure.

Don't bother.
The Night Tour was a complete waste of money.
The driver drove aggressively presenting little opportunity to either view or take photographs of the buildings or features on the tour.

Not recommended - Panoramabahn Schönbrunn
We did the Panoramabahn Schönbrunn - the yellow train that takes you around Schonbrunn palace - and I do NOT recommend. First of all, you don't see much. The road it takes you on is tree lined so you don't ever see in to the gardens. And if you get off to take some pictures at the Gloriette you have to wait 30 minutes for the next train. Also the website says it leaves at the top and bottom of the hour but that's not true - it leaves when they feel like it. But the worst part - It was utterly bizarre - they play the audio in German LOUDLY over the speaker. The train is advertised in multiple languages - you can listen to on the headphones that they give you. So you are trying to listen to the information through the headphones in your language while the German version is BLARING in the background (and meanwhile German is channel 1). Not one single person on our train spoke German, and everyone was asking why it was playing so loudly. I had a headache by the time it was over and couldn't wait for it to be done. Everyone on our train was talking about how horrible it was. I've done a lot of hop on hop off buses and none have ever had one language being played while everyone is trying to listen to their own on their headphones. If I had to do it over I'd do one of the many horse and buggy tours and not this.

We hope that you could include the address and description of each Hop-on and Hop-off in details for example: The best choice to Hop-on is Wiener Staatsoper, opposite/next to stram 71 stop Oper, Karlsplatz U. It is totally fine if the bus driver wants to take break, just pls communicate clearly with us.

Extraordinary Wien but not the bus
Positive side of the guided tour by bus: the city and buildings themselves
Negative side of the guided tour by bus: there were too hot temperature on the bus; no air conditioning and no wi-fi connection. The timetable of the guided tour were incovenient (at 18 the last tour. What if a tourist would like to see the city at the golden hour, or in the evening?)

No air conditioning in bus downstairs, and upstairs the plastic roof took away all the advantage of having windows. The rain gets in anyway, so why bother?
Particularly annoying is the wrong information about free entry to museums.
