Excellent item, poor delivery company
Item was delivered to wrong address/wrong street altogether, luckily from photo on courier delivery confirmation we managed to work out where the item was.
Used spin dryer yesterday did what it was supposed to do, very pleased.
Only disappointment was drum was a lot smaller then expected, size of drum would have been nice in advert rather than weight it can take because 3kg does not mean a lot to me.

If you're not home at the time, the driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbour, but in your case it seems your neighbour wasn't in too. Nonetheless, your item will be back out for delivery today for you and you will receive a text from the driver with a one hour delivery window. If we can help any further, we're only a phone call away.

Still waiting for it to be delivered. Waited in for five days. The delivery van keeps coming out but never arrives. Now I've been promised a dedicated van to make a delivery just to me. This is not the fault of View Click Buy. It's the delivery people - DHL. ... Added later - The dedicated van arrived as promised. I'd suggest View Click Buy stop using DHL. Once again I want to stress that View Click Buy were not at fault; in fact they were extremely helpful. There's just one small criticism - if you ring out of hours you just hear the phone ring several times followed by a ping. As there is no outgoing message I don't know whether it is possible to leave a message after the ping. I'd suggest there should be an outgoing message stating opening hours and whether or not a message can be left.

A very efficient company. I ordered a cooker hood (at a very good price) one day and it was delivered the next morning by a polite courier.
As long as the hood works when we fit it, this was an A** experience with View Click Buy!
