Induction hob arrived smashed
Induction hob arrived smashed - customer service asked for pictures, which I sent to their email, then said they needed the smashed item returned before arranging a replacement. Collection by DPD was arranged for Friday - I stayed at home to wait for the collection of the smashed hob - but no one came. Called customer service again and collection now arranged for Monday - which means I have to wait at home again. Very inconvenient - will update review if collection doesn’t happen a second time.

No helpful service
A steam iron was purchased but was not listed on the manufacturer’s online registration. A return and refund was offered but I decided to phone the manufacturer (took hours!) who informed me to keep a copy of the invoice which they would accept. I did ask ClickBuy to issue another invoice with the registration details added but they were ‘unable’ to do this. ClickBuy were very good at responding to emails but I still feel that a retailer should sort out the problem rather than just suggest that the item is returned!
