I placed an order on vifocal.com for a spare lcd display about a month ago. Result: I have never received a single email confirming the order i had just made, the order has never been processed and now has even changed domain in raugee.com, completely replacing the old site and my vifocal.com account has magically disappeared along with my order. They are virtually unreachable both by email and from their own website a few days before it changed domain. Not even with opening a dispute on PayPal i managed to get their attention. The disconcerting thing is that 4 years ago i already had an experience with this site and was positive in the sense that i received the ordered goods (albeit after about 7 weeks) and it was all in the norm. But now i feel i've been scammed, beyond what their site looks like, which instead gives the positive impression of being a professional smartphone retailer. Anyone who cares for his wallet, it is my duty as consumer to suggest that you should turn your attention elsewhere and stay away from this fraudulent site.

I have read other reviews of Vifocal everyone has theIR own opinion well I have dealt with vifocal on several occasions I have always received the correct item ordered hither too it takes a little longer to arrive than I would prefer I have no problems keep up the goodwork Vifocal

I ordered an original (???) battery for my phone, it took 3 months to arrive to Greece.
I opened it after 1 month and tried on my phone. It was bigger than the original, lighter and after several tries of charging, always the phone was off when the charging was reaching 75%.
They refused because they said it was not on warranty and the fault is on my phone (the old battery works perfectly).

A disaster this Chinese site, I ordered an item arrived 1 month after order, the shop selling on the site Aliexpress is Vifocal, the item purchased was the most expensive of the various shop that had put up for sale the same item, the seller I was assured that the article would be of better quality and that I did not have to worry, the article arrived I realized that it was defective and unusable, contacting directly with the seller this one Proposes to return the article except that the review was costing me the equivalent of that I had paid the article, so I ask him if possible a partial refund, this one says ok me, I wait 15 Days and no refund, after which my account was simply deleted by Aliexpress, result got scammed of 45 € and no possibility of complaint, site not recommendable.

I shouldn't review with stars at all but three stars because of the scare.

I ordered from vifocal, told my friend and he showed me the reviews. I got scared and requested order cancellation and refund through paypal and Vifocal didn't fight it in any way but refunded me fast, within 12 hours of the request. Thank you for that. Wish I could have tried Vifocals service but I can't afford to play roulette with my money and this much negative reviews across the internet makes it roulette for me.

I hope to see Vifocal fixing their reputation with great customerservice one day because their product lineup is impressive.

I bought screen replacement for Meizu MX4 Pro and they sent different item. I sent it back but never received my refund,lost £50. They are arrogant chinese guys dont know how to deal with customers.

When the going gets tough, they ignore any and all communications. Don't waste your time and effort. They are downright dishonest. You have been warned. Fortunately PayPal came to the rescue and saved the day with a full refund. Thans PayPal. Go to hell Vi Focal.

I bought a LCD Screen.
I've fixed the LCD.
The first 4-6 weeks all works fine.
But then, sometimes the capacitive buttons don't work.
1 week later, no capacitive button work.

I write some E-Mails (4) to the service, but no one want to answer me.

To sell parts they are good, but not, if anything is not ok

The seller doesnt understand what i am writing. Sends defect Product.
Want to return it through PayPal, but didnt pay the Postage cost.

Got wrong display for my honor 7 -sent it back as they told me to do ( paid half price for mailing back ) . 6 weeks ago - the parcel was undeliverable - probably they do not exist any more.

In my opinion it's a scam. I've bought twice from them and twice they sent a different product. Upon contacting the customer service I was told that I have to send back the products (by tracked mail) on MY expense ( to ship them to China would have costed me more than the product itself) in order to be replaced or be refunded.
Bottom line, it works like this: they take your money, they send a different cheaper item and hope you won't be bothered to pay for returning it. Plenty of sellers in China use this scam so beware.

I ordered some phone cases and tempered glass screen protectors and paid a total amount of 35$. Instead of declaring a lower value in order to avoid paying taxes (like other sites do), they declared 50$, so I paid 15,90$ extra taxes. THIS IS A SHAME

I purchased a new battery for my BlubooX2 from this website and never received it. Not did i receive any reply to any of my emails asking what was going on.
Do not purchase anything from here. These people are scammers and thieves!

As all other comments here and elsewhere, this company 'Vifocal.com' is a scam! They are absolute thieves!
I paid for a battery for an Elephone P7000 on the 10th January 2016 and 4 months on after lots of emails I have still received nothing!
The customer service is shockingly poor; non existent would be a better description! They blamed the postman and then the post office! Checked with Post office and they confirmed they have received nothing. Contacted Vifocal again and once again they shockingly said "check with the post office!" IDIOTS!!!
The whole experience with this so called company has been absolutely disgusting! They should be shut down as it is 100% clear from this site and many others that they are SCAM ARTISTS!
STAY AWAY!!!!
I have raised yet another case with PayPal and hopefully this time I can get my money back.

After reading these reviews i was worried i had wasted both my time and money, I ordered a replacement screen For a Xiaomi mi4. Using the free shipping method it took about 2 weeks all up to get to Auckland, New Zealand. The tracking information didn't help much early on, but it did eventually report changes in the status of my parcel. As for the product itself, its nearly perfect. touch works perfectly, and the colours are clean with no faulty pixels. However the navigation key backlight diffuse is not functioning properly, and only 1 and a 1/2 buttons light up. No biggie.

I bought a battery and screen from them. Shipping takes a month. Finally get it all and the battery won't hold a charge, restarts, then literally melts, violently ejecting matter. I contacted them numerous times seeking only an exchange aand, if they reply, this is the reply:

Sorry for reply later,our battery is good quality,this injury and damage can't be occurred

Stay away. They send other products. Then they refuse to refund.
Had to make 2 paypal claims.

Ordered a power board for a Kingzone K1 and received a microphone replacement. I tried to contact them by email and never got an answer. The only way to get any feedback from them is to use the website contact form. I used it 3 times, the aswer was always the same "your problem will be solved ASAP" More than one month as passed, escalated to paypal and the only way to get my money back is to return an item I did not ask by paying return costs that are more than the item price. Don't deal with these scammers!!!!!!

I purchased smartphone (No.1 X2) seven months ago from Vifocal. After 30-40 days and numerous e-mails with my inquiery what is going on it finally arrived. The phone worked fine for few months and than I started having problems. Now the phone is nonfunctional. I tried to contact Vifocal several times through e-mail but there was no answer. Nothing. Be advised and don't do business with Vifocal, you'll be ripped off.
