Wayne was extremely helpful — he arrived on time, quickly unblocked the drain, and clearly explained what had caused the issue and what I should watch out for in the future.

They came to survey my flat roof that another company had mended. From the first time that I phoned they were very responsive, they never failed to answer my calls. They were as good as their word, they did what they said they would do and on the day they kept me posted about exacy when they were going to arrive.

We hired Vikings Building Solutions to replace our old boiler. During the initial quote stage Wayne listened to what we needed and recommended boiler models for us that met our needs. I’d looked myself at a more expensive one but Wayne talked us through it and explained that it wasn’t necessary for what we needed, which was a breath of fresh air - a tradesman helping us save money! We went with the quote he provided and any questions we had were promptly answered by him without us feeling like we were pestering him.
On the day of fitting Wayne arrived when he said he would, carried out the boiler change and cleared up after himself, couple of days later we received the gas safety cert in the post.
Really happy with Vikings Building Solutions from initial quotation stage right through to the completion of the job. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend to people I know.

Wayne first worked for us repairing mains drainage pipes outside that had been damaged when Severn Trent were renewing the mains water supply. Vikings were quick to respond to the emergency, thorough in their assessment and carried out a high quality repair finished by making good the patio. We also gave Wayne and his team the job of repairing a leaking shower which meant reinstalling the shower tray, screens and waterproofing the walls. Again, excellent quality work carried out on time and with a quality finish. Our experience with the Vikings team has been extremely positive. Highly recommend them for their plumbing services.

Wayne and his team are a very professional company. I had a serious issue with drainage on a site I was running. 60 meters of foul and 40 meters of surface water had been completely blocked due to animal waste. It took several days and camera surveillance to get the pipes running how they should. I must stress this was not easy but their experienced and commitment to getting the job done really helped. I will definitely have Vickings back on my site for future work. They also laid 20 meters of surface water pipe to serve a new barn construction, and connected a 7500 ltr septic tank to the overflow foul waste. Building control signed the job off first time with zero issues. Thankyou again. PLR…

Met this guy today at plumbing suppliers and he advised me what part I needed and how to fit it to repair a leak at home- genuine nice guy who didn’t try and push me into giving him the job, that’s happened before and it was a cowboy that came to my house and made the issue worse !
