From the first email I sent enquiring about Villa Gembira my experience was nothing but positive. The clear, prompt communication was excellent and the booking process could not have been easier. Our transfer from the airport to the villa was great - despite our flight being late, he texted and called to assure us he was waiting and where to find him. I cannot recommend Villa Finder highly enough and I will definitely use this service again in the future.

I was very happy with the services provided by Villa finder. The concierge Viestra literally held our hand through everything and helped us with whatever we needed from salsa classes, to drivers, and silver making. All recommendations were excellent. The two villas we stayed in were excellent. There were a few issues with the first which we informed them and the second was beyond outstanding. I would confidently recommend them and use them again.. keep up the good work, and i hope the feedback on the first villa has been addressed. Thank you!

What made my experience booking through Villa Finder so great is that I was searching the web on some villas. I was actually speaking with another company and that representative put a hold on a Villa for me. I was going to make a deposit the next day. Well, the next day Sharon called me and said, “I see you were making inquiries to some villas, let me help you.” I thanked Sharon for reaching out to me but I told her I’m in the process of booking with another company. Sharon asked what did the other company offer and maybe she can do better. Obviously, she did and I ended up booking with Villa Finder. From then, different team members of Villa Finder checked in with me via email to make sure if I had any questions or concerns with the process they will be there to assist and I was extremely happy. What I absolutely love about Villa Finder is that they work together as a team and communicate efficiently for their clients. If I emailed Sharon to ask a question, I’ll get a response from Sofia or another team member.

Villa was not cleaned. Food debris were in the kitchen. Lizard droppings in the drawers for days. Floors were dusty. Shampoo n bath gel containers were empty. Driver was not at allocated pick up point in airport. We arrived at midnite and waited for an hour to find the driver. Contact details of the driver were inaccurate. Payments were made for massages and private chef in advance and yet they asked for payment again. First and last time to use villa finder

We spent 6 days in villa Baan Jakawan in Koh Samui, and it was an amazing experience...

The villa offers one of the best view of the island, and benefits from a 5 stars swimming pool. Incredible spot.

The hotel staff is at our disposal, and really nice with all of us. And what to say about the in-villa cooking chef, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner... Incredibly good.

All in all... 5 stars is well deserved! And we can only recommend this beautiful and luxury place.

We stayed at Chands Empat and had a fabulous experience. The villa was perfect for me and my friends. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind, and its proximity to the beach made all the difference. We'll definitely be going back again

Dear Villa Finder Team (Indah, Yunia, Sadia and everyone I have been in contact with in the lead up and since commencing our stay),

I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for the entire Villa Finder experience. I openly admit that I was a little anxious initially transferring large sums of money to an overseas company that I had not dealt with previously, to rent a Villa in Phuket that I had only seen in photos on the internet. However, the team at Villa Finder were fantastic to deal with and incredibly responsive. Absolutely everything that was said, shown on the internet, emailed or committed to has happened like clockwork.

When we arrived at the Villa, the directions were perfect and Google Maps took us directly to the Villa from the airport. Sadia was already at the Villa to welcome us and show us through the Villa. The online photos did not do justice to the Villa and it exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We had a few minor teething issues, but via the WhatsApp chat room system, they were sorted out promptly.

Good experience in the villa and good organisation of the crew and the drivers. Good reactivity of VillaFinder's team !!

We stayed at villa pangi Gita july 3-7, 2023 and used villa Finder. I was a bit nervous at first as I am used to using hotels.com. They have been very helpful and Are easy to contact if there Are issues of concern. Highly reccommend using villa Finder

Villa Ylang Ylang is a magnificent property! A feast for the eyes! Its oceanfront location makes for hours of just sitting and enjoying the surroundings. The staff is headed by chef and manager Kadek and each member could not be nicer or more attentive. Any request is greeted with a smile and quickly completed. Meals taken in the open air main house are enjoyed in elegant surroundings and with a gentle, ever present ocean breeze. The dining options are endless and the meals scrumptious and professionally presented. The villa driver and van are always at our disposal. Be assured your stay at Villa Ylang Ylang will be memorable.
