Frustrating & Costly Visit

Frustrating & Costly Visit
I needed an official letter confirming my cat’s parasite treatment for relocation. The clinic instructed me to apply the treatment at home—never mentioning that the vet must witness it or that the certificate would cost £203. When I returned, they refused to certify it, forcing a second unnecessary treatment and charging me twice plus the unexpected £203 fee. Three weeks later, no response to my complaint. Poor communication, hidden costs, and unfair charges.
