Firstly it’s not obvious that the products come from China so to return items costs a lot >£10

Secondly the customer support email address has suddenly vanished so we’re not able to chase up our return

Thirdly, the dress was cheap and nasty

Please, please stay away from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes the same style. When received they were very poor quality, didn’t match the images. I requested a refund based on this and spent weeks sending emails. I have been refunded one pair and on chasing for the other pair my emails or being declined. The product shots are not what you receive, stay well away.

Absolutely disgusting customer service following a very poorly sized and quality coat , massive cost to retune , offer of a 30% refund to them have emails blocked , no able to contact now . Just wished I had read the reviews don’t know how they are allow to continue to operate a business no morals .

Ordered a dress and a completely different one arrived, tried contacting customer support with the emails failing to send to the email address they have stated is theirs. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site, it's a complete scam, down £30 and a dress I didn't even want. States it's a UK company but other reviews are saying its China

I ordered 3 dresses but were returned due to poor quality. Paid return postage. Have sent several emails for refund, the last response they are in customs. Have sent an email again today with a response ‘address not found’wish I had read the reviews. Absolutely disgusting how they rip you off, lost money

Please stay away, these are scammers. After applying for a refund their email is suddenly changed. Overpriced blouse if you consider the cheap quality material used.They make a marketing gimmick of being based in London and their quality is not good.

They gave me an option of a partial refund which still was not fair and suddenly their email address is non existant. If there was a way of adding photos i would upload them here.In addition the misguidance, they only publish the few(2or 3) five star reviews from here on their website and you only find the genuine rating on trustpilot and i didnt think of checking before purchasing. I am sure that misguidance goes against rrading standards.

Really really awful quality. Going to cost £25+ to return to China so took the offer of keeping the items and a 75% credit on another order. What a waste of time, the items did arrive but again the quality was so poor and had a very bad musty smell, didn’t think the items would survive a wash and at that point should have binned them but decided to do a refresh in the tumble dryer which didn’t help with the smell and now everything else that I put in the tumble dryer since smells musty aswell. Nightmare 😬

Total scam unfortunately. Ordered a coat 31st August, said it was shipped however received an email 21st Sept saying colour was out of stock but my only options are take a different colour or credit for their website. Refusing to refund so issuing a chargeback through bank.

Let me guard down after searching for a pair of shoes for a wedding. Ordered loafers for £55, then immediately checked reviews and saw the awful reviews. I sent two cancellation emails within 3mins of the order which they refused to accept claiming it wasn't read until after the 1hr cancellation period as per their T&C's. What a load of nonsense. They continued to process the order despite my several emails to cancel. The shoes turned up and are awful quality and nothing like the photos. Returns are accepted but will cost £20 to return to china. They probably won't refund if I sent them so throwing good money after bad. Absolute SCAMMERS. Kicking myself I didn't check reviews. £55 down the toilet. Asked bank to do a charge ack so fingers crossed.

Shoes purchased are nothing like those advertised and are not leather as stated !!! London address is a scam as all goods have to be returned to China at customer expense. DO NOT BE CONNED !!!

WHAT A LOAD OF TAT! A COMPLETE CON! I ordered four pairs of shorts for my wife. No intimation at all that they were coming from China at all, you are led to believe that they are a British company, BACK TO THE SHORTS! NO LABELS INSIDE APART FROM A SIZE LABEL! NO WASHING INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE FROM A MORE TATTY CHEAP MATERIAL...I wouldn't use them for wiping up cat sick! Forget about wearing them! IF? If you want to return them, you are responsible for the return postage! TO CHINA!
Really ? loads of their photos appear to be copied from other websites ! and their prices are a total rip off ! One of the wrongly sized shorts is so huge , I could get in there with her !

Ordered jumpsuit, arrived several weeks later, faulty. Was going to return but cost to send to China was £20! Decided I’d go for the 75% gift card and haven’t heard back from Vila mora since! Very poor customer service and no chance of a refund on faulty products! Complete waste of money. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a pair of shoes which cost 59.99. The shoes that arrived were cheap shoes from china. Completely different from the ones I'd ordered. As other reviewers have stated offered a credit and keep the shoes. Probably won't get my money back even if I return them, which currently is proving a challenge.

This company is a Chinese scam - do not buy from here.

The company presents as a UK business on their website and in all communications, but are in fact based in China. The goods take 3 weeks to arrive and are of extremely poor quality.

The company advertises returns as ‘hassle free’, yet they do not cover postage, so returns to China are senseless to do due to significant postage charges. It is impossible to return any items. They do not answer any emails.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards as they should not be permitted to trade.

Despite their website advertising delivery is via Royal Mail. This is incorrect. Delivery took 3 weeks. I requested several times for this item to be cancelled before it was despatched, once I realised how long delivery was and it was going to arrive too late. They obviously did not do this and proceeded to despatch anyway. Now in dispute with them over the return postage cost for a refund. They Have offered 75% refund as store credit. But the dress that arrived is terrible quality. Will never order from them again. AVOID at all costs !!!!!!!

It's a scam!
Do not purchase from this company because if you want to return anything, they do not respond to your emails! I did have one or two replies and then nothing. The only way to get your money back is if you have paid by credit card then you may be protected under that.

Absolutely disappointed!!!!! Dress is even not close to described quality or image on the site. Now I have to spend more money to send it back to China!!!

If I had read reviews first would have gone nowhere near near this site might state full refund but very deceiving as by the time you have paid astronomical postage not worth returning stuck with a limited time credit note which I won’t use as totally put off this company

I would of given this - 10 absolutely terrible quality clothing, feeling very disgruntled and feel like I’ve been scammed, false advertising of quality and look of dresses and 30 money back guarantee, but have to return to china 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Don not buy of this website, I should of stuck with Vinted, much better quality of clothes, price and your protected should there be a problem, also so much better for the environment and helping genuine people in making a bit of money re selling their clothes.

My complaint has gone on for a while. Despite being completely missold an item they will not give a refund. They actually ask you to buy more stuff at a ‘discount’ price, after being sent absolute tat in a completely different colour! They talk about CO2 emissions but eventually ask you to send tat back to China! I will upload photos. They will probably be trading under a new name soon. Beware of companies who show clothes in one pose with no head shot of model and offer many colours.
