Yep, very poor quality goods from china. They offer partial refunds to keep the goods. Return address is in China and goods get stuck in customs so no refund. £100 order plus 30 lost postage . Me the fool!

Further to my previous post about Vila Mora I contacted Citizens Advice. After giving them all the facts about the purchase and refund process they confirmed they would report the company to Trading Standards for unfair trading. In addition I was advised to contact my bank about obtaining a refund via ‘Chargeback’.
The good news is I have had confirmation today from my bank that I have received a full refund. I urge anyone who has a problem with Vila Mora to contact their financial provider to get their money back.
The more complaints received the more Trading Standards hopefully and the banks will realise this company is bad and maybe they can do something on a more general basis.
FIGHT BACK AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OFFER FROM VILA MORA

If I could give them -10 I would. Rubbish clothes from China. Customer service 0 when you try to return they offer you 20% discount. What a scam! Next time I pay more rather than taking a risk.

What can I say if I could give a -star that would be too good, ordered long linen trousers when I eventually got them they are 3/4 length and don’t look anything like the picture, how they keep trading I don’t know but once bitten never again they are disgraceful

Do not order from these people, clothes not cheap, awful quality. They are based in China and you, as a customer have to pay return postage, £23 not worth sending back, utter rip off, never again .

after waiting nearly 3 weeks for delivery I finally recieved my order . utter rubbish!!!! cheap chinese copies supposed to be Lotus sandals, no way , no makers name size or material stated on shoes. DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I haven't actually ordered. All these ladies clothing companies with a tricky name and gorgeous photos are 100% scam companies I look on Trustpilot for reviews for EVERY company advertising before I would even consider buying. I only buy on line from companies I've heard of Buyers beware, use Trustpilot

I called immediately after placing the order but they refused to cancel.
After 3 weeks the so called "denim" dress arrived.
It's a bloody disgrace. It had nothing to do with denim jus a crimpled nylon long shirt that would definitly be rejected if you were to donate it to charity.
The relevant authorities should do something to deter these crooks

I didn’t receive my parcel for over 3 weeks and then when it came it was utter rubbish.
I ordered white, full length linen trousers. They were not white, not linen and the inside leg measurement was 23inches.
I’ve emailed customer service 7 times, with photos, rang twice but no response.
Complete scam. Do not use this company

A. Wilson’s review is spot on. I received the wrong item . Vilamora wanted photos and then wanted more as my photos were “ broken” (?!). Then wanted me to pay to return incorrrect item to China. Every email from VM started by thanking me for “ reaching out”!! I have given up….I am keeping the incorrect item and will not use this company again.
My advice to any other would-be customer -

I ordered on the 26th June my first parcel they said was lost in transit the second was sent to the wrong address even though i had an e-mail to verify the adress. The dress came without any labels on as though it was second hand. I asked for a returns label and after 6 e-mails which i have saved was told to take a photo with the labels on and the i could send it back. Yet the dress never came with any labels on. This company should be took off the market i got £5.99 back for a £30 dress that had no buttons on and didnt fit. The worse company i have ever bought from please do not buy from this company they are a scam

I didn't receive my parcel for over 3 weeks and when it did come I was very disappointed as the material was so cheap and thin and the item was ridiculously too small for me even though I ordered 2 sizes bigger than normal. I would never order from this company again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not buy anything from this company. It's. A huge rip off! Cheap nasty flammable material, incorrect sizing, stitching faulty.
I ordered a Padel dress. More like a beach dress with faulty stitching, faulty skirt and the material is disgusting. Stand anywhere near heat you'll go up in flames!! I complained about 10 times only to be told I needed to return to china! But they would offer a discount to keep it. Massive scam don't bother please

Terrible experience, they say it takes 5-7 days, try 3-4 weeks! The sizes are so small and the quality is dreadful. It’s a China scam, don’t be fooled by what they offer….

Very very poor quality. The fabric is nothing like what is advertised. It feels cheap and not worth the money I paid for the garments.

If I could give it zero I would. The "Top" was paper thin and more like a shroud. It had no tags just a label saying polyester though the website said cotton linen.
Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Unfit to wear or give to charity. Returns are to China so it will be going in the bin or for recycling.

Avoid at all costs. Delivery took 3 weeks then very poor quality. No tags, loose threads. Item was XL (I am a 14) and I am 5’3. Trousers came about 3” above my ankles. Nothing like the photo. Tried to return, had to answer numerous questions and send photos. I finally accepted a15% refund and kept item (£3.74) but felt this was better than returning item at my own cost and receiving nothing. Lesson learned. I have also reported this company to the Shop app.

Ordered shoes - they delivered the wrong size - wouldn’t replace them

The dress i ordered arrived the quality and how the item has been made is disgraceful.

This is the wordy online experience ever. Their returns policy is illegal and the product arrive ed late and is of poor quality. Stay well clear
