I have bought a shoe, it is plastic how do you get to sleep knowing knowing that you rob innocent people. Please refund my money. Not the same as advertised.

Do not deliver goods as advertised but a cheap nasty imitation possibly made in a sweatshop for pennies. Returns are to country of origin ie China which can be costly and doubtful if you then get refund promised. Please read reviews before buying anything from them as they are definitely SCAMMERS .

Stay well clear of this company! My dress took ages to arrive and was so disappointing - nothing like the picture. Too small, too short and very nasty cheap material. Even worse, hopeless return policy. Take a 15% refund and keep the dress - WHY? Only on my third request for return/refund information was I given an address in China to return this shoddy item.(described on their main page as “hassle free” - huh!) It’s going to Oxfam though really I can’t imagine anyone paying anything for it. I’ll take the hit and will stick to trusted and reliable companies who tell the truth about their products and take customer satisfaction seriously.

I have been trying to return these items for ages asked for a pic or vid sent a vid. Said it was blank, resent the same video. Then they asked for photos. Appears to me they are trying to drag it to a 30 day point. Since offered me a refund but I have to send the items back to china.

Scam. Was emailing for a week requesting return and suddenly went quiet with no returns label ever provided. Avoid.

I ordered a summer dress which took at least 3 weeks to arrive. On arrival it was creased up & the fabric was horrible. It was nothing like the dress in the picture not even the colour. The returns policy is a joke. They offer a 9% refund. You will feel better giving your money to charity than paying for anything from this company..... its a con.

Reported this company here previously explaining that the shoes I ordered took nearly a month to arrive and were too late for a wedding I wanted them for. Their response was to suggest that I contact their Customer Services.
This has been done several times without any response. Finally, they asked me to send a picture of the shoes to make sure they weren’t damaged. They weren’t. The promised returns label or address which was never sent.
They then offered a minute discount to keep the shoes. I refused. They made another offer. I refused and made it perfectly plain that the shoes were cheap rubbish being sold at inflated prices and I wanted a full refund. Since then they are not answering any contact I make.
Scammers!!

The white dress supposedly half price was £25!! Very thin material nothing like the picture rubbish quality sizing bad... seems returns are difficult too. Wish I'd looked at the reviews first !

Don’t buy anything from them

Was to big and faulty .
Many emails they wanted me to pay £18 postage to get £29 back.

Shoes arrived. They are awful, nothing like shown. Tried to send them back however customer service did not get back to me. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Shoes took ages to arrive. Arrived in a tatty polythene bag in a bag, absolutely horrendous quality (well, no quality), poxy shoes, flimsy, cheaply made, doubt if they last even as slippers (!) and worst of all they do not fit, as they are too small (perhaps a Chinese 43 is a European 38???). They asked me to return them to China even if the parcel has a UK return address. They insist on offering a 20-30% refund and keep the shoes, what a joke!! Consumer's rights the Chinese way....Lessons learned (again): avoid Chinese, they are either of soddy quality or scammers

Really want to say no stars! Agree with all other reviews which I wish I’d seen before ordering. Terrible rubbish fabric, took an age to arrive, screwed up in polythene bag. Ordered two items but didn’t even bother to unpack the second, after seeing and repacking the first. Refused to send pictures. Now embarking on the so-called easy returns routine. Wish me luck.

Shoes ordered size 5 and after a long wait I received a size 4 (very poor quality). Emailed and they apologised offered a replacement or an alternative and I’ve received nothing - also not answering further emails. Obviously a scam looking at trustpilot reviews

Please avoid this company. Ordered a dress but didn't fit .Had different people contacting me back for my refund question. This email came.

No return label or any email with an confirmation. Also takes ages to get the order.

Ordered a pair shoes even ordered 5.5 to make sure it would fit and i wear normally 5
Then it came with poor quality and wouldn’t even fit ! They won’t take return unless i post to china at my own expense! It was £44 and totally wasted my money
Avoid them at all cost!!

Returns address is half way across the world they make you pay for return that is usually more than the item bought so no point returning. Clothing is shit too

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Absolutely disgraceful and apparently they don’t need to abide by trade description ! Don’t waste your money you are purchasing a load of crao! You know the old saying! If it seems to good to be true it is!!! Total waste of £40

I only ordered one item. It was way too small and very poor quality. They would only give me a 30% refund or I had to send it back which would have cost about the same. Then they sent me another of the same item, which I didn't order, and took money out of my account. Do not touch them. The photos and the real thing are poles apart and their refund policy is appalling.
