DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
This company is acting fraudulently and products are not as advertised. Cheap, nasty quality clothing. Wrong size sent in the post and they are avoiding my emails. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!

This item eventually arrived screwed up in a tatty polythene bag. The material is cheap and nasty and looks like a rag. Not worth anywhere near the sale price let alone full price. I so wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Don't be taken in by the easy 30day return policy, it costs s fortune, will take forever to get to China and the chance if a refund is quite remote. I will not be returning for this reason, definitely been ripped off!!

Awful quality, contacted to ask how I return and was told this:

AVOID! I have opened a dispute with my bank. This business needs shutting down.

Like everyone else, I received no confirmatory email, and had to chase.

Like everyone else, delivery was woefully slow. The dress took FOUR WEEKS to arrive, not the 'five working days' as advertised. Too late for my holiday, not that I'd have been seen dead in what eventually arrived.

Like everyone else, what I received bore little resemblance to the pictures or the ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS they featured on the website. It was more or less the same colour, but about eight inches shorter than promised and the fabric is... questionable.

I can't be bothered to pay more to return the damn thing than I actually paid for it, which they clearly count on everyone doing, but will definitely be reporting these scam artists to the Trading Standards Authority, and urge all similarly aggrieved 'customers' to do the same.

I wish I could give zero stars. These are scamsters operating from China. They advertise breathable cotton clothes for adult women and what arrived are child-sized polyester clothes, badly made and falling apart. If you want a refund you have to send everything back to China. It’s the kind of place where, when you send an email with a query or a complain complaint, a different person picks up your email each time and has no idea what you are talking about. I was fobbed off for weeks by different people asking me for photographs of the nasty nylon crap, and then they started asking me to take the clothes out of the bags and take photos, but I knew that if I did that, they would then not pay me back. They probably won’t pay me back anyway, they are scammers.

This is the second time I have been ripped off by a Chinese company masquerading as a UK one. Under the UK consumer rights laws, I should not have to pay a penny of postage since they sent me items that I did not order - the wrong fabric, the wrong colours, etc. But it looks as if I will have to send them back to China. I’m a double amputee in a wheelchair with heart failure and lung problems and almost no hand function - I’m dictating this - and I’ve had most of my large bowel removed, so this is really the last thing I need. Heartless scamming bas**ds. Please do not give them your money.

I mistook this for a long-established European brand and bought a pair of shoes. They arrived about 2 weeks later than they said, and although they're okay, they are way, way smaller than the advertised UK size 6. To return them I have to pay return shipping to China. Rip-off.

AVOID VILA MORA. Dreadful quality, cheaply made, doesn’t look like the photos, synthetic clothing delivered from China. They claim hassle-free returns but nothing could be further from the truth. £20 to return a £33 pair of trousers to China with the tracking that VilaMora insist on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst experience ever.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.. it’s a scam, you will get sent some cheap crap, that’s not what you ordered, I’m going to trading standards with my item.. you will NOT get a refund

They refuse to refund and expect you to pay extortionate shipping back to china. They do not make it obvious that they are shipping crap quality products from china, and you're left confused as to why things are taking weeks to arrive. They'll insult you with just giving a 20% or 30% partial refund.

Action a chargeback through your bank or PayPal.

They need to be repeatedly reported to trading standards so we can SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN!!!

One star too many !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Goods delivered absolutely nothing like described and very poor quality. Have tried numerous times to return with no luck so far it’s an absolute scam.

The quality of the trousers l ordered looked nothing like the photo the size was ridiculous. Wish l had read the reviews took two weeks to get here have requested a return heard nothing.

Terrible quality clothing, took forever to arrive. Emailed them to ask for a return ..you can only return 14 days after delivery and the return is to China. So will cost about £20 .
Do not use this company , its not clear on the website regarding the returns or delivery.
I will never use them again

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!
I placed an order for my elderly mother for some Felice flats navy shoes. The transaction went through her bank 2 days later.
I never received a confirmation or tracking number.
The shoes have never arrived, I have sent 3 emails to the company but have had no reply.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. BE WARNED.

The clothing are under size and they Do Not Refund !!!
I sent my items back asking for a refund eith the royal mail costing me £19.47 and they wouldn't give me a refund because the post office clerk made a mistake and never tracked my return with royal mail . But they still would of received my return so I was out of pocket £40 for my items and my postage and customer support wasn't helpful at all . An awful online company ...stay away !!!!

Do not purchase anything from this website. It appears to be a scam. Their policy states that if you don't receive your item, you won't get a refund.

Scam .. no items arrived. Company pretending they have no record of an order being placed but took payment just fine.

I made an order 5 weeks ago and it has still not arrived and they are refusing to refund
I have sent numerous emails and they are so unhelpful

Not even worth one star. Took my money and then when I traced up my order as I paid for the fast delivery. They denied having any such older. I then sent a photo shot of my bank to show that they took the money. They then still denied it. I then got very upset and asked my money back and they then didn't respond for a while. Then when they responded it was saying that they need the order number to send the order out. But I then realise there was no confirmation email only that I purchased it from my bank. Absolutely disgusting fraud scammers do not use. I think we all need to stand together and report these scammers cuz it's disgusting

This company is part of a number of fraudulent websites that are promoting clothing that they do not have.

What they do, is you buy from one of their platforms, in this case, Villamora, and then when you get the item delivered, hey guess what?. ITS NOT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED and the quality of the item is rubbish.

On top of this, they refuse to give you a refund. What the woman says is, we are environmentally friendly, we do not want the item back, but we will give you a 30% refund.

I have in vain tried to get a refund, so what I have done instead is goto the Police and Trading Standards about them, and I will hunt them down personally and shut them and their pitiful businesses down.
