Coathook replacement found!

I found a hook on your site quickly.
The price was reasonable although it doubled with shipping, handling and tax.
It arrived quickly too.

Poor customer service and shipping

The product ended up being good but I had to follow up multiple times and threaten cancel my order before they finally shipped it weeks later than the advertised.

Dishonest company, don’t order

Dishonest company. Tried to return a product and requested it well within the return policy. They didn’t respond for weeks and then said they had to contact the creator of the product. Why?? Why not just let me return it back to y’all. Still haven’t heard from them for MONTHS. Do no order from here

I ordered a stunning marble sink from Villohome

I ordered a marble sink from Villohome, and while production and shipping took some time (about six months), it was absolutely worth the wait. The sink is stunning, truly beautiful craftsmanship, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.

I also had the opportunity to see their customer service in action. Due to a mix-up, we initially received the wrong sink, and I think another customer received ours. Villohome reached out promptly, explained the situation clearly, and took full responsibility. They arranged pickup of the sink we received, and within a week, we had the correct one delivered to us.

Throughout the entire process, they maintained clear and consistent communication and handled everything flawlessly. Mix-ups can happen with custom orders, but how a company responds makes all the difference and Villohome did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them.

No response to my submitted questions.

I sent in a few questions regarding Santos Mahogany wood flooring. I never received a reply back. Considering the cost of Mahogany flooring and my interest to purchase I would have expected answers back from my submitted questions. As a result, I made my purchase with another vendor.
I did purchase a sample of the wood flooring, and it did arrive fast. It was what I was looking for and would have purchased from you.

The Shop app is a little tricky

The Shop app is a little tricky. Ad offered a steep discount and I was trying to check that out using the checkout feature to see the discount. Shop app just processed it as a purchase without any further action from me and there was no easy way to cancel the transaction. The item is very nice and will work but it was bought “on accident” due to the Shop app and the discount offered wasn’t applied in any way. Not super happy about that but the product is good and will work. Wouldn’t use Shop again or order from your shop again as a result though.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELLS FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCTS!! They show you a picture of what they aren’t going to send you!!
I ordered an espresso machine with frother and coffee bean grinder and didn’t receive what I ordered!! The brand they sent me wasn’t right and it came without a coffee bean grinder!! When I reached out via email and phone, they told me they have to get with merchant. Well they didn’t help me at all!! All I got was a run around!! Never ordering from them again!!!
