Low quality overpriced product that didn’t work for us. Initiated return and was informed that there was a 25% restocking fee and I would be responsible for initial and return shipping - which was also unreasonably expensive.

ordered 30 sq. ft of beautiful tile, received 30 tiles, called in a panic and they reassured me that the rest of the order would arrive the next day. it did. Project is looking beautiful.

Villo Home had exactly what we were looking for, at a price that was lower than anywhere else that we looked. All other places had 4 week lead times, and Villo Home had the product in stock. We received the order within 1 week.

I ordered some tile from Villohome a few months ago. It did not come in the projected time frame, so I emailed their customer service. They replied that the tile I had ordered was not in stock near me and that they would have to ship it from a warehouse in Florida for an additional $400 shipping charge, half of which they would pay and half of which they would charge to me. I felt this was a bit dishonest because had I known up front how significant the upcharge would be, I would have ordered the tile from another source that would then have been cheaper. However, we were on a fairly tight deadline, so I paid the fee and we moved forward.
When we finally received the shipment, we found that the wrong tile had been shipped. Villohome accepted their mistake and shipped us the correct tile. They asked us to please hold onto the incorrect tile while they figured out a way to get it back. We waited and waited for weeks with it sitting in our garage. I checked in with them fairly regularly and they said to please continue holding onto it. We were moving from our old house to a new one, so I finally had to give them an ultimatum that we would get rid of the tile by a certain date if they did not come to pick it up. After this, they finally told us it was okay to donate the tile to Habitat for Humanity, which we did and sent them photo evidence as requested.
Fast forward to last week, I placed another tile order and just received an email today with the exact same story as last time—the tile is not available near me, so there will be an additional $400 shipping charge, half of which they will cover and half of which they will charge to me. I suppose I should have learned from my experience last time instead of hoping that it was a one-off. I’m afraid this will probably be the last time I order from Villohome. As a customer, I don’t appreciate the deceptive way they handle shipping.

The worst sheets I have ever owned! They have to be retucked every single day after use. The elastic is very poor & for the fabric being bamboo it reminded me of the satin sheets people use to have that would not stay in place on their bed. Also, they wrinkle badly. Unfortunately I just found out the return date has passed, was not informed earlier what that date was, now I have paid for a set of sheets I will never use again. I will not order from this company again.

You sent the package twice. One to my PO box, which is the address I originally gave and then one of your associates called and stated you do not deliver to POs so I gave him my physical address. I received my order at both addresses. Let your associates know you can deliver to PO boxes after all!

Shipment was incomplete. No communication between vendor (janco Greenhouse) and manufacturer and seller (Villohome) which all left me high and dry and out over $300 extra for labor costs due to Janco/manufacturer’s negligence.
On the seller’s side, they were responsive to my concerns and reached out to the vendor when I requested. With that said, I do believe Villohome should do a better job vetting what products they sell. Janco has a long documented history of shipping incomplete orders and taking their sweet time to rectify.
But…I was happy with the customer service from VH in that at least they seemed to want to make sure I was pleased.

The reason for deducting one star is that the website stated that the rug was in stock and would only take two weeks, and my credit card was charged immediately upon order. Instead it took seven weeks.
That said, when I contacted customer service I received very timely, polite, and accurate information, which I appreciated.

Very poor quality merchandise. The paint on the boxes was running. You made it very difficult to return requesting photos, a 25% restock fee and return shipping fees. I will never purchase from you again.

I have ordered fotile JQG7522 but received JQG7502 without notice. Fortunately I did research myself and found out they have the same specifications except the button color and package, even though I didn’t see the stainless steel color button, so I just accepted it as is. There was no update for a couple of days after the order confirmation, but shipping was fast over all.
