Ordered Whiskey glasses

Made an order for 2 whiskey glasses and they're absolutely amazing. Very unique design and good quality. I had some questions for customer service and got very quick and nice reply from them. Would recommend anyone to buy something here

Quality glassware, customer service impressive after initial hiccup.

Purchased: Aequilibrium No 3.
Jan 2025: Update following full resolution of issue - I was contacted personally by Vinasco, who apologised for the misunderstanding caused by their translation of their Italian website into English. The problem arose from not only the translation, but the misunderstanding of glasses in England not being sold individually, but as a set. A lack of relevant detail on their website I was contacted by their Customer Service department following days of ignored emails - their overnight success has shown more staff were required. A second set of glasses arrived between Christmas and New Year - the only let down is the length of delivery - 2-3 weeks for the initial order.
The glasses themselves are packaged very well, they are a large size, allowing for decent content despite the way they sit. They are a plain glass design, no etching, they can be enjoyed whilst on the table, or when placed on the floor - no risk of being knocked over too!

Despite the poor start to the purchase relationship, I must say that I was very impressed with the way in which Vinasco recovered the situation. I do hope that they seek a multilingual person to rewrite their website to prevent any further international problems.

I have just checked their website, this still has a slightly misleading text where 'each box contains two units' for the packaging information.

apology recieved following complaint

Sadly my experience of this company was far from positive initially.
I pre-ordered my goods on 30 October with a promise of 10 November dispatch.
My credit card was charged on 30 October.
I emailed on 20 November to check the status of my order.
I received an email on 20 November stating the shipment was guaranteed by 25/26 November.
I emailed on 2 December to request the tracking details of my order.
I received an email on 5 December stating shipment is scheduled for 10 December!
My order was finally received in late December and I was very happy with the quality of the products I ordered.
I made my disappointment in customer service known to Vinasco and have been informed that new processes are now in place and further staff training provided.
I hope this will help to improve the experience for other customers and that in the future the quality of customer service will be as good as the quality of the products.

Absolutely dreadful service - Parcel never delivered, although I had proof from Evri that it was lost Vinasco would not do anything about for sometime. Finally agreed the parcel had gone missing. I asked for a refund but they said they would send the replacement immediately. I agreed this has been going on since the 28th of September. I still have no glasses. I have no refund and my last three emails have not been responded to.

Goods arrived 23rd December so was able to give them to my son for Christmas - He is delighted with them. Communication from Vinasco has been great since I posted the above review, thank you for finally sorting this out for me

It took longer than expected

It took longer than expected, the wood box came with a small damage and I got confused with the buy 1 get 1 vs a set of 2 glasses. Despite of all that, the glasses are very beautiful and I was delighted drinking my whiskey with this peace of art. I will buy another one to give as a gift for a beloved friend of mine.

First Time Customer

I saw Vinasco's post on Instagram and thought there Aequilibrium No. 2 Glasses were unique. I am sometimes cautious about ordering on line from new companies but I thought let's go for it. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. This is going to be a Christmas gift and I was hoping it would arrive on time. When the original scheduled ship date had passed I inquired if it would be on time especially as it was being shipped from over seas. This is a very professional company. I received a response within a few hours with a full explanation. I followed my tracking and received timely updates. It arrived in plenty of time and the glasses and holder are beautiful. I hope somebody gets a pair of these for me.
