The glasses are beautiful, just as I expected. Delivery was prompt and as promised by Vinasco. I bought the Equilibrium 1, and will definitely buy the Equilibrium 2.

These glasses are very pretty but also very small! I also thought these were made in Italy not China. Its very deceiving as I try not to buy items from China!! They do not swirl without the coasters which I thought came with the glasses! I ordered several sets and was a bit disappointed!

The glasses are really nice, I ordered in the wood box, which is also very beautiful.

I ordered six of the wine glasses and receive them today. It took a bit of time for them to arrive, but they were worth waiting for. I did not realise that the coasters were not included in the purchase as all the pictures show them on the coasters. So I will have to order those separately. I was also expecting to receive a free mystery gift as my purchase qualified for one, but that has not arrived either, so I will be in touch with the company.

I recently purchased a set of glasses under the impression that they were handcrafted in Italy, as suggested in your product description and advertisement. However, I was very disappointed to find that the package was shipped from China.
This is misleading and does not align with the expectations set by your advertisement. I believe customers have the right to accurate information about the origins of the products they are purchasing.
I would appreciate clarification on this matter and hope that you can take steps to ensure more transparency in the future.

Took a while to receive (I'm in Canada, the Great White North) but the package arrived today, well prepared with great care, including bubble wrap (for later) and corner protectors galore! This is a gift so I haven't cracked the plastic, I will update after Christmas. Nice job with the packing and presentation. Cheers!

It's a nice box and the glasses are nice as well . I thought it comes with the wood under plate,but unfortunately it has to be ordered separately.

Despite the short delay with stock levels and delivery, the items arrived in good shape. Great communication from the company. Lovely glasses and I think I might order some more!

Received my glasses , smaller than expected. The man in ad must have really small hands.
Not sure if really handmade or mass produced. Cute novelty item. Won't feature prominently on my bar. Not too disappointed.

I have bought both spirit and wine glasses from them ,they are beautifully boxed and arrived very well packaged no broken glasses. There was one query I had and it was sorted out with the very helpful and professional customer service team . Would recommend just one thing and that’s a personal preference the whiskey/spirit glasses are small so I ordered universal aswell as I was buying for my family member who is a male and thought universal would be better ..

I am delighted with these glasses. they are a lot smaller than I expected.however they will make an amazing gift .. The packaging is outstanding which all adds up to the appearance of these unique pieces

Wonderful glasses in an exquisite box. It will be the prefect gift for my father who loves a single malt.

A quality hand made product so you may have to wait for more to be made but they are worth the wait.
