The glasses are beautiful but smaller than I thought they should be.
Also I bought them in a promotion that led me to believe the coasters were included.

Beautiful glassware, well packaged and the boxes are elegant. Once the in stock date hit, they communicated it was being prepared for shipment and I received the items within two weeks time.

The glasses are beautifully made. The packaging is well done and lovely for gift giving. The time for delivery was about 4 weeks, which seemed a little to long, although it was indicated as such prior to ordering.
My husband does love his bourbon nightcap and this really is a fun and useful glass.

I ordered from this company on 10/9, I got an order confirmation and was charged for wine glasses and coasters. I have not heard anything from them it’s now the middle of November. All week long I have tried to contact them, I have sent 4 emails and tried2 times thru What’sapp, absolutely no response what so ever from them. I don’t know how a company that’s suppose to have great customer service can operate like this, good luck ordering from this company!

I did get a response to mail emails after posting this review and I’m happy to say my order has been sent and was emailed this morning that it would be here soon and is in transit to me, I’m excited to receive them. Can’t wait !

I recently order this product and noticed that my address was misspelled, immediately I contacted the company via email as instructed and texted via WhatsApp to correct my address before the item was shipped
I was afraid that my order would not be delivered or delivered to the wrong address
The company responded to me via WhatsApp and made the necessary corrections so I would get my product without delay

You did not send me the full order, only half. You promised to deliver the other half which I am still waiting for since September. You don't keep your word. As I already told you clearly, your commercial on Instagram implies something that is not true. What are you going to do about it?

My order # 6918 was not as ordered...Ordered red wine glasses , received spirits glasses..have been trying to get a response for weeks

My order arrived well packaged. The glasses were a little smaller than expected. Also received a bottle holder but can’t seem to make it stand like in your illustrations.
Please let me know how this works.

Came across this product on social media and decided to purchase for my brother who happens to be a sommelier…
After initial issues of the delivery company (Evri) claiming they had try to deliver parcel despite me being in the house at time they stated .. I contacted Vinasco customer services using what’s app function and they were amazing . So helpful and kind and actually sent me another set free of charge due to Evri not delivering ….
The glasses are in a beautiful wooden box and look so amazingly presented …
Can’t wait to see my brothers reaction when he opens the box .. I purchased the Aequilibrium no 2 glasses and the box ..

Ordered a set of the whiskey glasses for my son. Love them! The order came quickly and was packaged securely so no worries about breaking. Plan to order the coasters now too!
