The glasses delivered on time. But the quality is not great. The glass is very thin. Whisky glasses are on the smaller side..smaller than std whisky glasses

Arrived and beautifully crafted! Thought I was getting 4 as part of the offer as I didn't find the website clear but things have been cleared up and am happy with the response I have had from the team.

I can't wait to give them to my husband.

We are very happy with our glasses. We received the glasses as expected. We are also going to order glass coasters.

I purchase two Aequilibrium No. 2 glasses and so happy with the purchase.
They are really different and superb quality also they are nicely presented.
The customer service is fantastic, I could be more impressed, communication and delivery was first class.

The order I placed was no1 glasses , arrived safely and was very happy , unfortunately I realised once opened them that one set would be too small for my friends 60 th birthday present, the customer service was fantastic they responded quickly and resolved my problem straight away . I’m very happy to recommend their glasses and the way they went over and above to make sure I was left a happy customer.

As I indicated in my most recent review (below) I felt confident that Vinasco, and especially Giovanni (their customer service representative) would follow up with me and complete my order to my satisfaction - and I am very pleased to report that he was good to his word.
Today I received the remainder of the items he promised, together with the additional items I ordered. I can now say that I am a very happy customer and I look forward to sharing the items I ordered as Christmas gifts with my family and friends.
Thanks again Giovanni, this has been by far the best online customer service communication and experience I have ever enjoyed!!

Just wanted everyone to know. After Vinasco read my previous review, their customer service representative, Giovanni, followed up with me again, and based on his email and willingness to resolve our differences
I am very confident that we will reach a mutually beneficial agreement, so I have upgraded this review from 2 ⭐️ to 4⭐️ - and I anticipate that I will be editing my previous review to 5⭐️!!
Throughout this “ordeal”, Giovanni has been 100% responsive, and after more than 60 years in business I can assure you that prompt communication with customers can resolve almost all differences.
If everything goes as outlined in our email communication, I will be a 100% satisfied customer.
Watch for updates going forward and I will let you know how it goes.

Lovely glasses - very unusual, although smaller than expected. Well packaged. Really bring out aroma of the spirit.

Marketing done right.

I ordered 3 sets of whisky glasses and 3 sets of wooden coasters.

I received my package few days later which was mailed from China, so I suspect the production is in China instead of Europe. Went to Aliexpress and searched “spinning whisky glass” you will find exact same glass at much lower price.

Pros: Buying from Vinasco offers professional packaging and branded wooden coaster, so serves well as thoughtful/ cute gifts with a presentable branding.

Cons: Quality of glass is thin and feels cheap, honestly quite fragile. Glass doesn’t spin smoothly on the wooden coaster but it does look quite good aesthetically when put together.

Suggestion: Can buy from Vinasco if you want to gift it. Otherwise buy from Aliexpress for own use.

Got them as a gift to a friend and ordered again for myself.

Love the glasses (style no.1), but very disappointed with the quality of the acacia coasters. For £29 for a set of 2 coasters, I expected good quality, however the coasters were roughly sanded and badly finished in places, and the glasses do not spin on them at all, as they are poorly designed for the glass shape. The video on the website shows the glasses spinning effortlessly, but this does not work at all on the coasters, so video misleading. I expected a much better.

Outstanding customer service/communication. I ordered these as gifts so I haven’t seen them but I have no doubt they’re lovely & of outstanding quality. Also, I haven’t seen many products with as many 5 star ratings. Thank you Vinasco!
