Great wine and customer service but delivery to DE sub optimal at times.
I have bought wine many times from Vinatis and the selection of wines and the customer service has been great. In the case of my last order the speed of processing the order and final delivery was excellent but there was again a problem with the final delivery.
Two of the boxes arrived on the day (Saturday) that they were meant to but the third did not and there was no communication from DPD. Then on Monday I got an email saying that the third box would arrive that morning and later a mail to say that it had been successfully delivered to a neighbour. I was at the office but when I got home I collected it from the neighbour. The box should have contained 3 bottles of CHATEAU MAYNE GUYON 2020 but when I opened it there were just 2 bottles. I then noticed that there was a piece of cardboard stuck on to the box and when I cut it off there was a letter inside, I have attached the letter. It says that one bottle was broken in transit.
Accidents happen and I received 14 of the 15 bottles so it is not a big deal. The communication from DPD could have been a bit better or a bit more precise. I presume that DPD have informed you about this but I thought I should do just in case. Since it is juts 1 bottle I do not expect a separate delivery, I would be happy to get the bottle of CHATEAU MAYNE GUYON 2020 included in my next order or a refund if that is easier.
