Bought a lovely cabinet from here. The weight an sturdiness of it is wonderful. It was packed perfectly and arrived very fast. Some really interesting industrial/vintage style pieces for sale here, that really suit my home. I will definitely be back 🥰

My cabinet was delivered whilst I was on holiday so I didn’t open it for 2 weeks. When I opened it, the glass had been broken in transit. I contact Vincent & Barn and they sent me a replacement 2 days later! They couldn’t have been more apologetic and helpful.

Ordered 3 matching items one of which was a pre-order.Despite slight misunderstanding re first delivery everything arrived safely and before estimated delivery times. Lovely robust pieces that came almost fully assembled with handles easy to attach plus enough spare screws etc to do it all again if necessary (which wasn't!). Such an improvement on and better quality than some other online furniture suppliers.
Would also like to praise delivery company who kept in touch and took personal responsibility for sorting problem at start of the process. Absolutely first class customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

We ordered a sideboard just before New Year and it was delivered on the 2nd Jan. Great delivery service, communication and very well packaged!! The sideboard is great quality and as good as the photos on the website. Will certainly purchase again from Vincent and Barn.

We bought a set of haberdashery drawers for our hall. They arrived even sooner than expected at the point of order, and there was no difficulty arranging a convenient date. They are really good quality, solid wood and beautiful. One of the drawers had a small fault - V&B responded immediately when I pointed this out and it was replaced, without quibble, in a couple of days. That makes a refreshing change when do many companies now are only good until there's a problem. Will happily order again.

Unable to get through on the phone . Each time a message just says this number is unavailable . Doesn’t inspire confidence. Have tried numerous times to purchase through their website and each time payment issues. Am going to give up, a huge shame as I love the products . Would love a call back from them if they read this.

they have really unusaul products. I had an issue with a bathroom cabinet that I bought a few months ago which was dealt with professionally and satisfactorily.

Exceptional customer service which is a rarity nowadays and therefore I will definitely be ordering again in future. I ordered 2 bedside cabinets and live in Scotland and delivery till receipt was problem free. I love my cabinets.

Completely Hassle free. What a rarity these days! I ordered two galvanised outdoor containers that arrived exactly as shown and described, well packed and quickly. Queries made were answered professionally and promptly. They are now planted up with tulips for the Spring. Will definitely be buying from again and recommend with confidence.

I have bought an industrial sideboard. The actual forniture is beautiful and very sturdy, I love it, but what was even better was the customer care service: When I received the order I noticed a defect caused by the delivery. At the point I just sent an email (at 8pm) and in TWO days they came to collect the old one and to bring me a new one. AMAZING!!!
