From beginning I was put at ease adviser explained everything to me from what would happen Tom the very beginning and gave me a rough idea of when the most of my debts would be paid off , I felt at ease explaining myself to them and felt like I was talking to someone who actually cared not just a voice at the end of the phone

From the day I sent a enquiry to being placed into our IVA the service from Keith and the other staff at Vincent Bond has been 2nd to none, thank you for your professionalism, reassurance and understanding of what has been a living nightmare, there is now a light at the end of our dark tunnel, thank you.

Excellent customer service . Affordable to me and never heard from a debtor . Always available and now I'm 29,500 debt free. I survived the recession and kept my home. It was a very simple process and trustful . I never could have done this independently . All my interest was frozen and for 400 a month I could afford to make this debt go away in 6 years

When I rang the they were very polite. Explained everything very well and did not make you feel like it's all your fault tat you are in the mess. Took your options into account and asked what you could afford not what they want you to pay and we're very welcoming.
