There were no feelings of judgement and I genuinely felt like they wanted to help.
The advice was impartial and they did not try to sell me anything. Instead, they advised what they thought would be the best course of action for my personal circumstances.

After many sleepless nights wondering what to do about our out of control debts, I found Vincent Bond online and emailed. I got a quick response back from Claire, she was so friendly and told me I can do all my applications via email! Which is a huge relief, as being on the phone with a baby is not easy! All the questions and applications were excellently explained and so easy to fill out! I can't recommend them highly enough, if you feel ashamed like me and my husband did, I honestly can't tell you enough not to feel ashamed with Vincent Bond. I was very nervous about sorting my debts out, Vincent Bond representatives Sheraz Butt and Karrie Coumbe have been very helpful and patient with me, as I know I can get very stressed I haven't felt judged by them.
