Great

We were in need of a couple of custom reports, which we need on a weekly basis. Pragati was great at getting these set up and getting everything up and running for us. She has always been very helpful and quick to come back regarding any questions.

Moved over to Vinny March 2023

Moved over to Vinny March 23 and they have been really helpful and made the overall implementation as smooth as they could. Yes the odd hiccup but in any data migration and CRM move there will be.

Alan George and Juan have gone the extra mile during the migration and Alan post migration has helped with all the little challenges we have had with Vinny.

Vinny listens to the customers and you can see that purely from product feedback and the upgrades they make.

A couple of issues - all fixed by the team

I was having several issues with the velocity chrome extensions connection to Vincere which was affecting my ability to do my job - My case manager Chole Nguyen was incredibly helpful and helped me through the issue - backed up by the technical team

Great system, easy to use.

We run a boutique recruitment agency based here in the UK and chose to use Vincere. We found the system to be very simple and easy to use and there are many plugin tools to help with candidate and client tracking.

The customer support team are always on hand to help with any questions and assist us when needed.

It was very simple to set up and integrate into our business and the initial training received was thorough and detailed.

Would highly recommend this product for other recruitment agencies!

Great ATS for recruitment agencies

Vincere is a great ATS for recruitment agencies that I've been working with for many years now. What I really like about Vincere is its performance and reliability, the possibility to customize it easily to your needs and a support that is friendly and competent.

Excellent migration, shame about the support

I would give 5 stars for the smooth migration from RDB to Vincere. The field mapping exercise was logical, methodical and ensured the data was migrated to the correct place in in Vincere.

Pragati understood the issues relating to the migration process. She listened to my queries and questions and sought to resolve issues as they arose and dealt with them politely and courteously. As a result, the migration itself was seamless, and we were able to get on with learning and understanding Vincere.

Unfortunately the support hasn't been so good, hence the 4 stars. The customer success team are quite helpful but the set up makes it very difficult to discuss issues with the product itself. This requires submitting change requests via a form. If they like the request they add it to what they call a sprint, if they don't, you hear nothing from them. I only ever hear from my Account Manager when Access have another product to sell.

Apart from that, Vincere is a definite improvement on RDB.

Customer Success Story

I absolutely loved working with Lea! Her customer success service was top-notch. I had a few questions about using Portals, and she not only connected me with the product team, but also followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I was getting the help I needed. Had it working in no time! I definitely recommend Lea! Overall, I was impressed with the product itself and the level of customer service provided.

They have a really great support team

They have a really great support team! Michael Maceda is a superstar. He always provides quick resolution and is so kind. I had a call with him before and he was so patient and knowledgeable about the product. He walked me through the entire process. Thank you so much, Michael! 5 years in and still 5 Star.

5 years in and the system is still as good as ever. Vincere is the foundation of our business and everything flows through it. We benefit from the regular updates as it evolves and still see it as the market leading CRM system.
Thanks specifically to Matt Donnelly, he remains our Vinny champion!

Highly intuitive

Vincere Core is highly intuitive because it managed to streamline a naturally complicated process. This is why users learn the core functionalities within half a day - and the rest easily follows.
Vincere Intelligence and Vincere Pay & Bill are the most important additional modules within their tech stack that bear very useful features.

Best in class ATS + CRM for a fair price

After comparing Vincere to some of the competitors we came to the conclusion that it is the best in terms of both user friendliness and value for money.

The sales process was also smooth and efficient.

Great tech with and excellent team

We moved from RDB to Vincere 3 years ago. Vincere have been one of the better suppliers I have worked with across all their departments. The product is constantly being updated and improved and when we have needed support Mike Rizzo and his team have been phenomenal.
