The core product is ok, albeit has had very little ui/ux work done to it.
The shift scheduling, invoicing and associated processes are awful. It would be ok for contract recruitment, sending out contracts every 3-12 months, rolling shift patterns etc. but for volume temp recruitment, don't touch it.

We worked with Vincere as our CRM but had to move away due to the terrible customer service by them and access group. account manager was only ever interested in upselling rather than working with us. Once we moved away our access was taken away but they left our CRM running so our candidates were receiving messages from ''us'' we asked over 4 months for this to be taken off which they just ignored. This was a serous GDPR breach and only once ICO was threatened this was turned off. PLEASE DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF. Much better alternatives out there!

Awful custoemr service and avoid.
I notified them in December that I wanted to terminate my contract which was within the 60 day period. This was acknowlegded at the time and I was told that someone would be in touch to finialise cancelation and export database. I stopped using the software then and still haven't to this date.
I then had no communication and was unable to speak to anyone. My emails not acknowledged or replied to.
I now recieve a monthly email with an invoice for this year despite cancelling, we are unable to reply to the email and have resorted to writing this review which could have been easily been avoided by simplying cancelling the contract when requested.
Vincere is not the company or software it once was, there are other recruitment software companies out there which are better, integrate AI and cheaper with better customer service.

Have coordinated with the Vincere team about integrating their system into our office, and the integration process has been seamless and great.
The whole team, from Harry, to Marie to Lloyd has been fantastic and looking forward to the journey with the system.

Recently made the move from a Legacy system to the Vincere Core system. The whole process throughout was top grade from procurement to implementation. Good levels of support from the team behind the scenes and a great product to configure and begin to use,
I Particularly wanted to highlight the work of Cal in the implementation team who was always available to provide knowledge and guidance throughout the process in a balanced and good-natured way.
We began our onboarding journey two years ago and have taken our time to implement Vincere team-by-team, country-by-country, throughout the company. From the very beginning we received consistency of service, from our Sales contact Jamie King, through to our dedicated Head of Implementations, Ginny Myers, with whom we have worked closely and productively for the last 2 years.
We have undertaken four data migrations to-date, working closely with the PS Manager Dimitri Descoutures and his team in Vietnam. Every data migration is a different challenge, and Dimitri and the team have always been very responsive and flexible with our projects to migrate data from a variety of legacy systems. Finally, Mike Rizzo, Customer Support Manager and his team have been very quick to follow up with their engineers or the support teams as required.
For an off-the-shelf ATS/CRM, Vincere is surprisingly agile in its customer feedback releases, managing to release small user improvements on a regular basis. Additionally, we use a number of their marketplace partners to enrich our recruitment ecosystem and appreciate the growing emphasis for variety and choice.
Our experience of the behind-the-scenes transition into the Access family wasn’t always smooth but this is behind us now and does not really taint the service we have received from the above-mentioned people these past years.

The amount of options you have to make the system work the exact way you want it to, to suit your business model is incredible. The training and on-going support is also fantastic.
Vincere is a feature rich ATS System with robust search functions. I love how they are continuously working on customer feedback and releasing small updates from time to time, so that users can get familiar with the product updates gradually.

Vincere is a great recruitment operating system i've been using for over 5 years. It's user friendly and ties up/feeds in really well from one area to another. The system is always being improved and what's great is the small bite, well explained webinars hosted by Matt Donnelly, the Senior GTM Manager. With a 'Product Updates & Releases' area to visit/refresh, it's also great if i've missed anything!). Definitely a thumbs up.
