Having the right level of support is essential for success

Moving from a competitor recruitment CRM platform, where we enjoyed dedicated, responsive account manager support, to the feature-rich Vincere platform, where support is predominantly through an online portal, was something of a culture shock for us.

It has taken a serious investment of time to set the system up as we need it, but, as our business grows, we are leveraging the benefits, particularly from the audit trail necessary for framework compliance with our complex public sector accounts and in developing a much slicker candidate onboarding experience.

We’re possibly still not reaping all the rewards that the system’s time-saving automation and search capabilities enable (because there are so many), but thanks to Lloyd Toomer and his team – Mikey Nguyen, Ines Dias, and Harini Devendra – who have drawn alongside us to support, we are in a much better position.

The bottom line is software is only ever as good as the people using it. Vincere is a sophisticated solution that is continually updating. To get the best out of it requires investment in ongoing training and regular monitoring of system updates.

We cannot speak more highly of Senior Customer Success Manager, Harini Devendra, in this respect, who has gone above and beyond to ensure we have the support and training we need for our specific business requirements.

It's been a great 5 years with Vincere

It's been a great 5 years with Vincere! The application have thus far not failed us on the features. There is always new updates on quarterly basis. Customer service was prompt. Even the backend development team are very responsive as well.

Fantastic service from Rob and Vc

Rob was Fantastic when it came to advising me on how to get the most out of VC. Answered all my questions and was very flexible in fitting me in around the clock.

Refuse the reduce the number of seats…

Refuse the reduce the number of seats back to the original contract value. Added seats have to remain on for the duration of the contract. No other service provider of ours does this... and completely inflexible approach. If we reduce seats, I expect our CRM to be able to accommodate us, same as all of the others.

Important to note that after this review was posted, Vincere customer rep contacted us and offered to reduce the number of seats as long as we took the review down. The review stays.

Great Recruitment CRM (3 Years)

We have used Vincere since we started 3 years ago. We were introduced via recommendations in the RDLC. Over the years, the platform has steadily introduced new features and stayed up-to-date. Customer support is responsive and has been helpful during occasional hiccups. Overall, it’s a well-rounded recruitment CRM that fosters long-term growth.

Zac Mackenzie is a SUPERSTAR!!!

Our company has been using Vincere for the past year and our dedicated Customer Success Manager, Zac, is nothing short of amazing.
Zac goes above and beyond with client support and is always on hand to help with anything we may need. He is patient and exceptionally knowledge of the Vincere platform which makes his training and the level of detail/help he is able to provide super helpful.
The platform as a whole is extensive with many custom features.
10/10 would recommend Vincere.

The best around!

Having used Vincere for around 5 years, it is easily the best and easiest to use, even from day 1 going through the training modules and online lessons it was a breeze.

As long as you make sure you code everything and tag it the way you want it makes it a doddle in the long run when looking for what you need, we run a digital tech recruitment agency and sometimes we need to be quick, inputting the information we are looking for and being able to reach out to multiple people at a click of a button is invaluable to us.

I would highly recommend any new start-up or experienced company to use Vincere!

Amazing Jay !!

Great CRM

We've been using Vincere for over 5 years and it is one of the best CRMs that I have used. It is very easy to navigate from all aspects and allows for there to be a degree of customisation with how you want to view your data.

If there has ever been any issues or queries the support staff has always been very quick to respond and resolve it.

Non trust worthy company reviews, they offer discount for 5 star reviews

Although I really appreciate Tim van Zwieteren (5 stars for his customer support) I don’t recommend Vincere to small companies such as mine. There are many features which have no need for, and the things which I do (such as invoicing and also for temporary contract) were complex or not possible. I feel that the costs are very high and I wish someone had advised me that Vincere actually is meant for large companies with many consultants working for them. I do feel a bit ripped off, especially due to the fact that you can only cancel your contract per year!!! With a 90!!! Days notice period!

The terms and conditions are difficult to find and and require many “click throughs” eventually it is stated that they can’t change the terms at any time. In the beginning I was told that cancellation was easy and flexible but their policy has changed.

I would receive some discount over the left of over months, if I would write feedback. I clearly wrote that I would give honest feedback and hoped that this wouldn’t change the agreement we made on the discount. They assured me that it wouldn’t and that the deal was sealed.

However….

Update 12/08 the discount I was offered has been cancelled because I gave them a 2 star review. I had told them on forehand that I would write an honest review. They assured me that I would get the discount anyway, but they voided the addendum which I had to sign. (Can they just do this? It had been signed by both parties…) they draw up contracts which I need to follow up, like paying for a whole year, and a notice period of 90!!! Days… can they just decide to void a contract! This is absurd!

This addendum was full of non disclosure articles and threats… that I in no way can write reviews or negative things on social media.

They then offered me 50% discount to change my review to 5** which now lead me to change it to 1 star, and the discount, they can shove it.

The reviews on Trustpilot are being manipulated by this company not giving other entrepreneurs an honest view of the services and the software.

I want to prevent others making this same mistake. I am shocked and angry with how they deal with complaints and reviews. And it says a lot about the people running this company.

I hope Trustpilot will take action. I have filed a formal complaint.

Put in the effort and you won't regret switching to Vincere!

Easy to deal with from start to finish and the support team really know their stuff. We dealt with Lisa Burgess (for training), Gert Tomson (Data) and Rob Bell (Project Manager) to get us transitioned from an outdated CRM to Vincere. We went live ahead of schedule and the system has far exceeded our expectations.

You get out what you put into the system and the data migration if switching from another system. Do the work, take the time and make sure it is absolutely 100% the way you want it otherwise your transition may be more difficult. The team are great at troubleshooting with you whenever you have questions - and I definitely asked A LOT.

Thanks team - still loving the system everyday. :)

The BEST Support

To me the support team has made my new experience to Vincere and recruitment fer easy. I've had lots of questions and the support team has always been so quick to come back and help me with clear instructions, pictures or calls on how to help. Really puts me at ease knowing there is such great support. Chantelle has been especially helpful, along with Peter, Aubrey and Martha.

Fantastic product that has…

Fantastic product that has revolutionised how I recruit. I was a little nervous in starting with a new product, after being with a competitor company for over 15 years. But it was the best decision I've taken.

The ease of use, the ability to send clients shortlists of candidates, the marketplace tools......all incredible.

Superb

We have been using Vincere for three years now and are just about to sign for another term. The support team is fantastic and the developers listen to your recommendations and roll out regular updates. I love that Vincere is constantly moving forwards and looking for ways to improve, it is a genuinely fantastic platform to build our business on.

Good recruitment software

I’ve been using Vincere since 2018 and have found it excellent recruitment software and competitively priced. There is continual development of new features and 3rd party integrations that streamline a lot of processes, allowing you to build your pipeline and focus on placements. It’s easy to add consultants as you build your team, and you can hook it up to your email / texts so all communications are captured on the candidate / client records. The software is flexible and adaptable so you can customise it for specific requirements, and you can also send in your wish list for future enhancements. Support is responsive and helpful although it is predominant via email, but they have always solved any issues quickly in my experience.
